Mission Topic: Thief in the village

Masuma got assigned to another assignment. The task was “Multiple
villagers have reported their belongings stolen. Multiple villagers had
reported being a target of a thief, mostly at the same time. Your job is to
find the thief or thieves and capture them.” This was not uncommon around
volcano, but was still frowned upon by all the innocent people who live here.
He did not understand why some people live here if they cannot handle it. He could
not complain though it was money and he needed it. He went to the area with the
most complaints and walked around. It was in the poor section of volcano. A lot
of stealing, mugging and all the other crimes usually happened here. He walked
around a bit and decided to talk to someone at a shop. He asked the guy clerk “Hey, I have been assigned to take care of the thief. Is
there anything you can tell me?” The clerk turned around and said “No excuse me, or anything? You are rude, and should
respect your elders.” Masuma jumped over the counter and lifted him up
by his collar. Masuma then said “Look I am here to deal
with your problem. I do not have to do a damn thing. Tell me what the hell you
can tell me before I snap and break something.” The clerk said “It is a boy and he usually comes around during the afternoon.
Mostly around this time of day.” Masuma
let the guy down and heard a scream. Masuma smiled and headed toward the sound.
It was the thief and Masuma started running at him. The thief took notice and
started running. Masuma smiled and was enthused about a chase. He pretended to
fall behind and disappear but he was really running up a building and chasing
him from on tops the buildings. The thief slowed down thinking that he lost
Masuma, and sat down for a rest. Masuma stared at him and decided on what he
was going to do. He could jump down with his sword and shed blood. Though he
could jump down and beat him half to death. He jumped down and the thief stood
up quickly attempting to run. Masuma punched him in the abdomen making the
thief clench in pain. He then punched the thief a few more times and dead legged
him. Masuma finally knocked the thief out and bring him to the authorities. He
was then off on his own way.
