Flak Jacket [v7.2]

Name: Flak Jacket
Appearance: Varies from village to village, depending on what the Kage wishes them to be like. These are, by and large, standard issue units and are not customizable on purchase but can still be customized afterward. It usually has pockets and holsters for additional arsenal carrying, but that is not always the case. The Flak Jacket also comes with long pants/trousers, a pair of ninja sandals, and an undershirt with sleeves that the user can fold. Furthermore, more coverage comes with gloves and a full-faced mask. Finally, all the coverage comes with the same health as the Flak Jacket, and the vest will usually have the emblem of their village for easy identification.

Backstory: Someone figured if they could shield their torsos with an additional layer of armor, it’d be pretty neat. The armor is relatively comfortable, and its interior is padded.

Ryo Value:
-Free upon promotion to Chuunin/C-rank Vagabond/C-rank Missing Ninja. If users know the Bukijutsu as a specialty, they will get the 100 Health version.
-3000/5000 if bought from the ninja shop. The character must be Chuunin and above to be able to purchase it.

Health: 50/100
Trait: Tailored: Upon freely claiming from rank or buying the Flak Jacket, the new owner can select whether the armor will be Chakra or Physical. If the selection is not made, Flak Jacket will be a physical armor by default. Finally, if stolen/gifted to another player, the type of armor cannot be retroactively changed.
