Arriving at the gates of Hoshi

The ship cruise to Hoshi was lovely and it gave Kizmaru enough time to rest and relax. He thought it would have been a bother having to travel with all of these people but it was surprisingly pleasant. He's never been among the rich before as he didn't quite consider himself rich, or raised among luxury enough to appreciate the finer points in life. At the time the small ship was pulling into Haven water's borders, Kizmaru decided it was time for him to throw on his disguise in order to be able to travel around among the civilians of Kiri and possibly Hoshi. Getting up out of his lawn chair, he went to find a quiet place away from prying eyes in order to weave a single hand sign of 'Dog' transforming himself into himself with his Kage attire or armor. Now he just looks as he was if he was just wearing his regular attire which consisted of a yellow button down shirt, navy blue pants, ninja tabi, black leather gloves and a navy blue light jacket. Half of his face would now be covered with what looks like a black, steel, face mask, up to his hose. It was part of his armor but he figured he could get away with this at least since it wasn't unpopular for shinobi to do so.

He was indeed wearing steam armor and petrification gauntlets though it was disguised with the transformation technique. Well, now that he was done, correcting his attire, he'd walk back into the view of others, in order to pretend to be one of the various shinobi with the ranking of Jounin. When he returned, he could see Ram still eating the fruit he was given by Keita which was odd since he normally just seems to inhale it. Now he had to think of a way to disguise Ram since he did take him to the Kage Summit not too long ago and he might be recognizable. Scratching the back of his head, he checked his inventory a second to see if there was anything he could use to dress up the not-so-small creature. Eventually, he came across a suit that seemed quite lavish and he hadn't even remembered how he acquired it. It was quite tacky for his tastes but he decided it would have to make do. Using what seemed like his leather black gloves, Kizmaru began to trim the suit's shirt portion down until it could fit Ram's entire body without suffocating him. When attempting to place it on Ram however, the little armadillo began to struggle and cry out as if it were in pain when really it was being overdramatic.

"Come on, be still and stop making all the noise, it's not like it's gonna kill you to wear clothes. This is for your own good, hold still," a frustrated Kizmaru had said. By now some people were watching the scene and thought it was funny seeing the bipedal armadillo run around half dressed like a rich aristocrat themselves. They thought it was all part of the entertainment, chuckling and giggling. Eventually, Kizmaru got him to calm down with the promise of more food than normal later and got the rest of the attire on him. Just in time too as the chip pulled into the docks of haven country. Being filed out of the ship in single file, Kizmaru had exited with Ram now clinging to his back poking its upper body over Kizmaru's shoulder. He didn't like this feeling of actively having to hang on instead of remaining perched on the large furnace that used to be there. Kizmaru just pat his head and whispered, "Don't worry, it'll only be for a little while" before making sure Keita was still nearby. "Well here we are, Haven country. I'll see if I can find a form of transportation to take us there."  

After saying his bit to Keita, he had roamed around the dock area until he found suitable transportation for the three of them to take for the village gates. Getting in, they took a rather short trip to the gates of Hoshigakure while chatting amongst themselves about anything he could think of like how different the scenery and culture might be. Eventually, they were brought to the gates of Hoshi in which they had to get out as the carriage couldn't just enter with them in it. Instead Kizmaru attempted to enter through the gates unless he was stopped for any particular reason.

Keita was greatly enjoying the basking on the deck of the ship that he got to do all throughout the journey to Haven country, but soon it was time to actually land the ship and depart. They had already discussed the plan that they needed to disguise themselves, so there was no need for them to talk when they had gotten off of the boat. It was fairly simple to simply follow Kizmaru out of sight of everyone and then use the transformation technique to enter the village, and Keita decided to look like a middle aged jounin from kiri, with spiky black hair and an eyepatch over his right eye. This transformation technique had a bit more of a normal male bod y type for a shinobi, as Keita was actually quite weak physically, and this would simply allow him to blend in a bit easier. The man he chose looked somewhat like an old soldier, so he was going to be practicing being gruff and a bit intimidating, which was going to be slightly difficult, but if he just did not talk very much and simply nodded or grunted to Kizmaru's commands or him asking for something, he would probably be fine around the large crowds. Anyways, there were always people like the person that he envisioned for his transformation technique, so it was fairly easy to blend in for the time being, at least to get into the village. 

Keita was chuckling quite a bit when Kizmaru pulled out some sort of suit and started to 'augment' it so that it could fit over Ram's cute, albeit large, form. It totally did not suit him, and he wondered what his friend was doing when he was trying to stuff a large armadillo into a suit, but this was not his place to question it, and he would simply enjoy the show. They then walked over and called a cart so that they could get into Hoshigakure without a hitch, and Keita was simply admiring the scenery around the area. It seemed much different than other villages, especially the people that seemed to be religious around, and even though Keita had heard about Hoshi being ruled by some sort of nobility, it was strange seeing the royal guards that were different from the shinobi running about protecting the citizens on their way to the actual village proper. Soon they had gotten to the gates, and Keita was simply remarking about the things that he found odd, as there seemed to be some sort of civil unrest brewing here, probably because the ruling class of the village were not the ninja, and the people that believed in the religion or the nobility did not like the chakra and ninjutsu that the ninja were able to do. 

It was far different than in other villages where the ninja grew up with looking up and admiring the ninja that kept them safe, and so it was strange getting the bizarre looks from inside the cart that they were using to travel. Keita did not really pay much attention to it, as they were simply Kiri jounin here to watch and cheer on the genin that were sent here for the chuunin exams, so there should not be much of any suspicion cast on them when they entered the gates. The gates of Hoshi looked quite grand, and he wondered how much money the city inside was raking in from the common people without them being any of the wiser. It seemed like the tax in this village was high, it was almost as if Hoshi was doing to their own people what Kiri was doing to their vassal, the leaf village. Keita simply sat back and relaxed as he was in the cart, not worrying too much about the trip, although he only appeared this way. He was still fully vigilant with what they were doing and what was happening around them, as he was sure that the Hogokage would not really enjoy seeing them, although he probably would not escalate this to an international incident even if they were discovered. Keita was quite looking forwards to spectating a bit of the chuunin exams, if they had the time.

Akabayashi stood before the entrance of the gates allowing people to pass as they showed proof of who they were or if he knew them. His Nova cloak wrapped around his shoulders his white lab coat clearly visible. As two kiri jounin approached he would switch clip boards as if he were prepared to do so. 

"Good day and welcome to the Hidden Star, I am Akabayashi Terumi wanderer and Nova agent. I assume you are both here to watch the exams. Could I please see your identifications?" When and if the duo gave their ID's the Terumi would write down their names and hand them each a visitor's pass. Then tally two more members of Kiri had entered the village.

"Take those with you as you go about the village and just return to the gates if you happen to lose it." The Terumi would hand a pamphlet to both Kiri jounin. "The map shows various stores, hotels, the free lodging and the directions to the arena from the free lodging. My store Books, Body Parts, and Beyond is also there listed as BBB. If you have any questions feel free to ask, otherwise I hope you both enjoy your time in Hoshi."

As he made an attempt to pass through the gates, he was stopped by what seemed to be the guard for village entry. Greeting them, he assumed they were there to watch the chuunin exams, which they were in fact going to do so. But, he had more than that on his agenda but he didn't need to reveal that to anybody at the moment. He had also asked for identification from the two of them so Kizmaru began to shift through his person in order to find the idea he uses when pretending to be a Jounin of the village. Eventually, he found it and handed it to the gate guard at the time. Afterwards, he was handed a visitor's pass to which Kizmaru had nodded as he took it before proceeding with his entry into the village. Following behind him was Ram wearing a tatter chronos suit that was repurposed in order to alter his appearance ever so slightly in order to cover up his more defining features. At least nobody could readily tell he was an armadillo without closer inspection. After all was said and done, Kizmaru just simply passed through the gates in order to begin with his personal Agenda.

Ram had also passed through the gates of Hoshi but decided he was better off just walking himself without his furnace to perch himself onto. After that, Kizmaru decided his first order of business was to just visit the town square to see what he could find. he imagine it works similar to Kiri where he'd be able to find most of the traffic and information although the gate guard had said something peculiar. he mentioned owning a store about books and body parts  which was strange to him because he's always heard Hoshi outlawed transplants as a whole so he probably shouldn't hope too hard of finding what he needed here. Still, maybe there was some shady dealer here he could probably find in order to acquire what he was looking for.

Keita was simply walking with Kizmaru towards the gate, and as they were getting close, a gate guard, or so he thought at first, walked over to them and started talking to them, saying the normal things one must say to visitors. The man introduced himself as a nova core member, and so he was a bit more important than a standard gate guard, Keita wondering if it was because of the current chuunin exams that security was probably slightly more beefed up. A Nova Corps member would definitely cause most people who wanted to start some trouble to think twice. The man asked both of them for their IDs, and luckily Keita had one for his normal walk about the village, and one for his quiet time, which was when he would go visit various tea houses and such that were not run by ninja in the village. The villagers would often be a bit tense when he was in the tea houses, as he was a well known figure in Kirigakure, and so he had the administration building make him a replacement for when he wanted to be a bit more incognito. 

After handing the ID to the man and receiving his visitor's pass, the man told them that there were directions to the various attractions and lodgings in the village, and even fre lodging for people who were coming to visit and spectate the chuunin exams, which seemed quite kind of them. Then the Nova Corps member casually advertised his particular shop, which seemed like it might sell knwoledge and some body parts for people to transplant, which seemed strange because Hoshi was always very vocal about not liking the idea of transplants in the first place, although Keita had no idea if there were any particular laws against it. Keita simply nodded, thinking that he might indeed need to check out his store, as he wondered what sort of books that the man was selling.
