That Psycho, Screwing Around (NK,P)

The sun was shining, the birds were chirping and it seems that all was well today in Kumogakure, the people of the village going about their usual midday business, the merchants haggling over their wares and the villagers off to eat their lunches, children played without a care in the streets with their faithful animal companions traveling behind them and above on the rooftops the silent shinobi corps could be seen traveling around the village, silently doing their job and duty. Of one these corps some were doing missions, others enjoying their free time and a couple had nothing but training on the brain at the moment. A certain silverette was no exception.

As we fade away from the busy streets of Kumo we find ourselves in a certain training ground with odd gashes in the ground as though they had been carved by high pressure water, a medium sized river cutting through the clearing and eventually cascading down into a waterfall that crashed down into a small pool of water far below. Around 30m away from this river a silver haired kunoichi with seemingly tanned skin stood with a red case in hand, oddly covered with nothing but an odd combination of a flowing brown cloak, blue ninja sandals and a pitch black one piece with almost shoulder length gloves to top off the strange set as she seemingly pushed a button on this case which began to open and unfold itself as she began to spin in and assume an alert posture as it sprang to life, a large red scythe now twirling in her hands as she suddenly slammed it into the dirt, the blade embedding itself in front of her as she held on tightly with her right hand. Looking around for a good target she would find an unnaturally tall and thick oak tree and without warning let out a battle cry and charge forward, beginning an array of slashes as she began to do her daily weaponry routine, finding an odd sense of satisfaction and a predatory grin to appear on her face as the tree began to steadily loose large chunks of wood and bark with each passing strike.

(Lol you must be seeing a dream world this is the actually appearance of Kumogakure if you have not read the village defenses etc)

Rikaro stood hands in his leather pants pockets as he stared all around him. He was within the second district of Kumogakure able to see the humongous eye wall from where he stood that separated the first district of Kumogakure from the first. Yes, he had said districts. Every since Lord Mortarion had taken over the village he had did a lot of remodeling, on the outside of Kumogakure was a field of blood and gore as dead people hung on stakes as poisonous must seeped from their mouth, surrounding outer Kumo was a single wall/district that held those who didn't exactly want to follow Mortarion. Then there was the second district where people followed Mortarion like they did the previous Kage. The third district was the most secure of all, it was where the rich and wealthy like Rikaro lived. There the Raikage Tower sat in all it's glory as dead zombie like cititizens that were strong in terms of power walked around. 

As he started to walk he saw one of the zombie like figures patrolling the area with not so much secrecy as the ANBU Black Ops squads of old would do. Surrounding Kumogakure was a deep red mist that had absorbed the blood of the people within Kumogakure as if it was water. The mist did not offer any sunlight to those of Kumogakure making it hard to grow any crops. As if it was not hard already for the unsturdy ground within and outside Kumogakure left it hard for people to walk or even grow things as the ground was completely unstable.

He himseld had still been thinking about his mind as he scrolled unknowingly to the grounds where some people even trained. As he walked he would see a girl slashing at a tree with a Scythe in her hand, the weapon was magnificent as Rikaro could see from where he stood, one with accuracy and agility would easily be able to defeat an enemy if they knew how to use it. The girl however seemed sadistic he hated sadistic people who acted like the world itself was a disease that was only out for them.

Mortarion has taught him a little about battling and if it was not for him he would surely still be in the first part of the Chuunin exams." You should avoid that girl Rikaro, the aura that surrounds her does not amuse me " said Mei the Yuumei that had been in his body since first. She always gave him good tips and usually he would heed the warnings but he felt like he had to rebel today. Ignoring Mei he stood 15 meters away from the girl and said " Hi there ".
