Knock Knock

Coco finally released the breath she didn't even realized she'd been holding. It was very unlikely that, that could have turned out better. Coco very slowly and obviously lifted her scarf over her mouth to disguise a relieved smile.

"My Lord." She announced from underneath her scarf. "So long as my village remains under your protection I will serve yours fully." She nodded her head. "Your generosity humbles me my lord. I will never fail you!"

Her whole career as a ninja Coco had been serving the vague goal of helping her village rebuild. Stray tasks, and deeds here and there. All of much seemed more or less unimportant considering the crumbling skyscrapers, and thug filled jungles. But now she felt like it'd be difference. She now had a way to help her village. Her serve her people, and her family. It was through this man. Every deed she did for him, was a deed for Ame.

He would be the bridge of Peace and she would be his pillar!
