What it does:
Parasite Clone is a variant of the Shadow Clone Jutsu and as such is classified as a Special Technique falling under the category of Shadow Clones.

The user spawns up to 2 Parasite Clones from the ground within 2 meters from the user's position but no closer than 1 meter to another character. These clones upon spawning each temporarily take up an equal share of the user's AP pool which is returned to the user when they are dispelled or destroyed, as specified in the guidelines for Shadow Clone variants. Cooldowns for Jutsus, Techniques or skills are shared between the clones and the caster. These clones share the user's stats, but cannot maintain or activate enhancers or Fuuinjutsu seals already placed on the user.  These clones can only use up to A rank techniques known by the user.

Parasite Clones are completely identical to the user, without any noticeable differences to chakra sensory or chakra vision, including the Byakugan. 

These clones also uniquely have a health stat that scales with chakra. This health stat is considered as a Damage Reduction shield that prevents direct hits that would otherwise dispel shadow clones. Instead of immediately dissipating upon being struck by an opposing technique, these clones are durable and can endure opposing attacks until their health stat is depleted to 0 at which point they are immediately destroyed. As a result, each clone pays 15/20 AP as upkeep for every post that they are on the field. This health stat works as a pool meaning the clones have this health split between them, in an allocation as per the user's choosing without exceeding the value of the pool. These clones cannot increase or recover their health under any circumstances.
