Kira smiled back at Auron as he gave her a short grin before speaking "As an act of good faith, I'm giving the both of you something." He said with an air of importance as he reached into his item pouch. Proffering a finely crafted armored jacket to her even as he offered a set of papers towards the other stranger here. Kira didn't ascribe much significance to such things herself, but she understood the protocol and meaning behind the action. With a solemn nod of gratitude she took the proffered garment, slipping it over her own outfit.

After slipping on the new garment, Kira would question Auron on his ritual, slightly shocked when he returned a rather stern look towards her before answering the question. "I'm able to do things like that because of my bloodline." He said, his words confirming some of the instinctual feelings she had felt about the man when first seeing him. She was just about to comment on this bloodline in excitement when he continued, mentioning strange dreams. At that Kira paused a moment, her mouth half open as she reconsidered her words but before she could collect herself they were interrupted by the words of their other companion. Schooling her expression to hide the scowl that had threatened to breach through her mask at the interruption, Kira gave Auron a knowing look before mouthing the word "later" to him, hoping that would be enough to encorrage the discussion at a future date.

Letting Auron take the lead Kira simply nodded along sagely at the suggestion of traveling north, though when he suggested giving cid the role of captain she couldn't help but let out a slight giggle, muttering to herself "he's certainly scruffy enough to be a captain." she would quip, hiding the blush at the red head's wink with a playful jibe.
