Training. [P IO]

The early grey sky morning was a sight to behold now that he was back in his home village. Daemon had awoke about an hour ago and was eating his breakfast in the kitchen, he had moved out of his old house and into a new one it was a bit smaller but it took his mind off the fact that he had killed his father in that house, The new house was small compared to where he used to live, which is saying something as the other house was small to begin with, The house was more of a one bedroom apartment complete with a half bath and a small kitchen off to the right of the bedroom, the bath being inside the bed room through another door way, It was cozy and he didnt have all that much as it was. The love he had felt for his village had shifted slightly and instead move to the former tenkage who had become the father figure in his life, something that he wished to live up to. The day had started off normally with his shower and him putting on his normal clothes and his ring that he had bought while travelling with Shinji to help keep him in his right mind while in battle. He had made him a small omelette with cheese and some toast while drinking his favorite drink Orange soda. He ate at a normal pace not really rushing for he did not want to get sick while he was training today, he had to get stronger so he could take on Shinji in a spar and not feel like he was taking it easy on him Daemon knew the speed that Shinji was able to move at and hoped to one day obtain that speed and power so if he found someone else to love, or another place, he could protect them and have no fear of death. Taking the last bite of his toast he gulped down the last of the Orange soda he was drinking and went out side, locking the door behind him as he left to the training grounds.

He walked at a normal pace to the training towers not really in a rush as it was still early in the day the sun had just rose enough to tint the sky a pinkish red. The wind was no where to be found today which only made what he was going to do a little bit easier he needed to get his speed up a bit more and there was only one way he knew of doing that Running. You see some might think that you can get speed by some other means like boosting equipment, which can be helpful, but that kind of power can be taken away by either breaking the item or simply taking it away from the other person where as Pure speed can not really be taken away, that Daemon knew of but hey who knew with some kind of Space time Jutsu anything was possible really. He arrived at the towers in a timely fashion the sky had just turned blue from the pinkish red tint a few minutes ago. Daemon began to stretch first bringing his arms behind his back and lacing his fingers togather and leaning forward raising his arms up to stretch his arms. This done he reached down and touched his toes with both hands before standing back up and bending his leg behind him and pulling it towards him again, doing the same thing with his other leg, Bending his back backwards and causing it to pop a little bit signified that he was in deed ready to begin his training session. The stretching would not take but around five minutes to complete and as such he would begin immediately he would take off down the path leading around the towers and circle the entire place continuing on as he felt the burn in his legs and lungs taking hold of him. He would be dammed if he was going to call it quits now though he had to move through the pain for the time being he could not afford to weak or slow any longer the pain would have to serve as a reminder that if he kept going he would not have to feel this kind of pain, a different kind from fighting might be a problem but that bridge would be crossed when he got to it. The burn in his legs hurt more as his muscles pulled up and down parts tearing here and there as is what happens when you work out you hurt and heal and that brings strength. His lungs were burning from his chest constricting as he tried to keep his breathing steady but was unable to do so.

After making his second lap Daemon stopped at the small water fountain and decided to take a bit of a break here taking a long drink from the fountain as he did so. He sat down taking slow breathes trying to keep from hyperventilating. Sitting there he thought over what had happened at Yuki, the place had been taking over by two other ninja he did not know, perhaps he should go and inform Shinji or Den about what had transpired there Shinji had left before all of that happened and they may need to know that the treaty, if they had one, was no longer active as a new leader was now in power. Trivial thoughts for the boy who had seen to much in his young life but the thoughts still needed to be acted on he had grown tired of running for now and picked his things up and headed back to his cozy home where he would fix lunch and start his work out a new with a small set of weights But that was a story for another day for now he needed to speak with the leaders.
