The battle of fire and Lightning! {Private}

It seemed as if all was going fine, both the Hokage and the Raikage successfully met upon the Island Village, it seemed as if peace was guaranteed, the world was finally going to be getting on track.
Although they led their villages towards peace, the two were rivals deep down, they had to know for sure how the toher had grown and if they were "worthy" of their alliance, it was settled, a grand battle will be held at the borders of the land of fire and lightning.

The day arrives that the two should do battle, The Hokage, Viper Uchiha is first to arrive, his smirk dominating his face, this being an event he has been waiting for, how strong could his rival be? what new things has he learned? He wanted to know, he needed to know, he was as excited as a child in a candy store.
His garb is one set for battle, his basic Chuunin attire, the Uchiha uniform consisting of a black t-shirt with the Uchiha symbol upon the back, tan shorts with a tan weapon pouch on each hip, a pair of black tabi, and a deep green flack jacket, Viper's raven blakc hair is cut short and is upkept during his time as hokage, his konoha headband tied firmly around his forehead, he waits for his rivals arrival.

He had received a letter from Viper Uchiha not long after their meeting of Kages. His rival wanted to have a little fight, but it could easily turn into the death of one of them. He knew for a fact that they had both gotten strong and that he’d need to go all out in order to make sure that he won the fight, but he also had intense hatred for Konohagakure, regardless of peace he made for his village’s sake. His drive and determination would make sure that he won this fight. He knew that if there was a chance that this was the final battle they would have, he’d be disappointed at his rival, he needed a challenge, and had to have one. He had not been challenged in a while and wanted to have to go all out on an opponent and be tested. What fun was it if he beat weak foes all the time with ease; it was much more fun and satisfying to defeat an incredibly talented foe with a lot of effort in order to prove his own skill. Hell maybe if he killed Viper he’d simply go take over Konohagakure no Sato and make some Kumogakure no Sato shinobi become the Hokage, thus meaning he’d have control of two villages at one time.

He arrived at the area, his Raikage Hat tightly secured to his head, the strap wrapping around his chin area and tightly pulled in order to make it nearly impossible to remove the steel lined and chakra infused hat from his head. He planned to make his rival regret the idea of requesting a spar or fight of any type, Kurisu Ametsuchi had no intentions of holding back on anyone nor did he plan on going easy on someone from that dishonorable village full of corruption. He carefully eyed his foe, looking at his non sharingan activated eyes. He activated his own Kekkei Genkai, his Kenseigan coming into effect, making his eyes undergo their own type of change. The pupils of his eyes constricted, which in a logical sense made his vision improve to a degree or two. The iris of his eyes become patterned with light blue lightning designs, which was the main giveaway that his kekkei genkai was activated to its first stage. His muscles constricted more easily, smoothly, and with less effort, making him faster than he had been before the activation of the kekkei genkai.

Carefully looking at the trees, he used his intense speed to grab a stone and toss it at his foe, towards the chest region. Within that time he quickly body flickered off to the left and then back towards the right before coming from the southwest area, slamming his right foot into the air letting his right knee bend at a ninety degree angle and unbend, causing an extreme about of stressful force to be put behind the quick and incredibly fast attack that the sent towards the lower right appendage of Viper. In order to enhance the damage that would be caused from the attack and make his speed be faster, he covered his foot in lightning to cause that extra damage. With his lightning kekkei genkai increasing his speed and his lightning power covering the appendage of his right leg being sent at Viper’s lower right appendage it would be almost unstoppable and nearly unavoidable to stop the attack from making some type of impact, but he did not know Viper’s full extent of strength, speed and other skills. It could easily become a large type of battle that they were about to begin. \

His rival took his time getting to the area, during this time Viper ensured to take in every detail of the area, upon viewing his rival approach his iris turns a deep shade of red, three tomoe form amongst the blood red canvas that is his Sharingan eyes.
Obviously his rival is in no mood to talk, it did not matter, they did their talking before, it was not needed, the only thing left was the battle at hand.
Viper's eyes lock with the Raikage's, he notes his attention shift to the trees around the area, he observes his motions, the grasping of the stone and it's release, Viper acts upon this he dashes forward meeting the stone mid way on it's travel grasping it firmly in his right palm, his henge no jutsu taking control of it's shape as it instantly matter shifts in to that of a kunai knife, chakra substituting for the absence of matter.
His eyes ensure they never lose track of his opponent, his form rotating to face him, he is fast but so is he, the kick comes but it now comes towards Viper's front due to Viper rotating his form to ensure he is in view.
Viper takes this chance, his eyes view his rival shifting to only one leg in a slowed fashion, Viper's motions are flawless, he makes a dash to his left, the kick is evaded, during the midst of his evasion the kunai is released towards his rival, the kunai now glowing white, the target is his solar plexus.
Following through with the motions the clone seal forms, twin puffs of smoke appear at each side of Viper but that is all seen, the clones breaking in to a run from the start, they reach his one legged position near instantly, evasion would truly prove to be an issue of skill, the clones pass along each flank of the man with the corresponding hand extended, twin spheres of fire launched at their target roughly 5 meters in spherical diameter, their destructive force easily enough to kill the target should evasion not be preformed, seals are formed by both clones once the fire is launched, viper observes each and every detail, hopefully this is not enough to slaughter his rival in cold blood.

He noticed that Viper was taking the fight fairly serious, due to the sharingan activation which he easily avoided by only looking at Viper’s chest and lower avoiding eye contact the entire time. By still being able to see viper’s hands he was able to notice that Viper had plans to end the fight quick from Viper’s action of quickly avoiding along with a counter of turning the stone into a kunai. This was not going to be a serious problem, as he quickly grabbed the kunai’s handle as soon as it neared his body. This real issue was the clones that formed near his form and attempted to make some sort of attack with fire orbs at his body.

He followed Viper’s movement to the left, jumping into the air, letting the clones basically attack each other, which from the speed of the clones it would be nearly impossible for the clones to avoid slamming into either other. He continued to look at the area where Viper was at, yet he kept his eyes nearly closed and avoided making direct contact as Uchiha were world renown for being able to create Genjutsu effects just from eye contact alone, which was a mistake he would never make.

Bringing his hands together at his mouth he quickly had dropped the kunai and used one of his powerful jutsu powers, sending out a blast of massively empowered and blindingly fast lightning chakra in a sort of beam shape direct at Viper who was further away from the clones the made had made earlier to attack Kurisu, and the light from the lightning being incredibly bright it would help divert the sharingan power. He quickly made the clone hand seal and formed two different forms of himself, with both of those going to the right side of viper and the other clone forming above Viper, slamming its right appendage at a downward angle. His own form had gone off to the left side of Viper. Both his form on the other side of his real form and his real form pulled out their right hands, forming a spiraling orb of chakra and each slamming those orbs of chakra at Viper who was either still in the way of the lightning blast or moved up into the right foot of the form of Kurisu that had formed itself above Viper.

He kept his own eyes and his form’s eyes from ever directly making the fatal mistake of locking eyes with Viper Uchiha during the intense level of attacks. The two orbs of chakra being slammed from either side, while the lightning blast came from the front and his other form slamming its foot down from the sky, he effectively attack from all sides with near teleporting speed in order to create a situation where Viper was being attacked from all angles with speed that was almost impossible to avoid. He nearly let out a smile appear upon his facial feature at the idea of one of these attacks being able to cause intense damage, but if all the attacks made contact it would be hard to survive, not to mention that Kurisu would take some additional damage from his lightning blast.

The white glow upon the kunai signifies the heat increase through use of Katon mastery, upon grasping said kunai it's heat would become a factor, potentially burning the mans hand if he had some form of defence against it, if not a serious injury should follow.
With the clones on each side of the man their Sharingan views his ascension, their actions alterd as their hands adjust by raising upwards, two condensed spheres of fire roar towards his ascended being reaching him in only an instant due to the distance being small, the clones slide to a stop as they spin towards Each other to face the original and the outcome of the Raikage, the seals form behind done after the release of the Katon.
The prepped Substitution technique is now preformed by the clone that would be to the right of Viper, the clone and the originals positions swap instantly, with use of the slight optical illusion the clone takes the exact position before it fades preventing visual observation of the switch.
The clone is assaulted from every angle by the combined actions, with all happening simultaneously the original and clone are in the perfect position, the clone does one final actions, It's arms extend to swiftly make contact with the wrists of both the Raikage and his clone, the Rasengan,Drop kick, and raiton hit their mark, but as a suprise the clone proceeds to detonate, the leg of the clone above forcing it to take considerable point blank damage, and the fact the clone makes physical contact with their arms extends the range, their extended arms left highly vulnerable to the point blank assault.

The real Viper from a distance away observes this, insides he hopes he survives, he doesent wanna kill his rival, only test him, he hopes he did not go to far.

He had felt the slight tingle of a burning sensation overcome his left hand for a moment, but he had dropped the kunai too quickly to allow the heat to be much of a factor before he went on his combination of attacks. At first it had seemed that this attack combination would kill his rival through the sheer force and intense power the attacks, but a simple switch had been made. Kurisu would have never noticed the switch had the clone not tried to grab his wrist, it made no sense for Viper to stand and take the hits and only grab Kurisu's wrists. He was not stupid nor naive, this was a simple case of using an e rank jutsu at the correct and vital time. He quickly charged lightning based chakra around his body, increasing his speed immensely and slamming his right foot against the ground, jumping into the air at blinding speed, making sure that the grabbing of his wrist was impossible. Even if somehow that really was Viper's real form and was prepared to die, he didn't plan on dying with him.

As soon as he landed back on the ground, the lightning had been exploded from the explosion of viper's clone. He thought that at first the explosion from the impact of the rasengan, but he remember that the clone he used had never moved and thus had its wrist grabbed and the lightning itself would not have caused an explosion. The only viable option was that the clone that Viper had to ahve definitely used had in fact exploded. He now knew that it would be dangerous to outright attack one of Viper's clones with taijutsu, but he planned on making sure that there would be no more chances for Viper to try and blow him up like that. He looked around the area quickly, within seconds sensing out Viper's chakra signature and locating him. He only had his lightning covering him for a mere few seconds before he deactivated his jutsu in order to save its full effect for later. For now he simply made two more clones on either side of his form. The two forms darted at the sides of Viper, while his own form darted forward, getting within ten feet of Viper's form. He carefully made sure to not make any eye contact and quickly covered his hands and feet in lightning, using his overall mastery of lightning chakra to continue this battle of Kages.

Viper and his clone observe the mass of actions befalling the second clone before he vanishes sending back Intel with the explosion, Kurisu is noted ascending above the chain of explosions, Viper knows this is no longer a friendly spar, he would of been killed in that attack.

The remaining Kage Bunshin takes advantage of the situation, while the Raikage reaches the peak of his jump the clone preforms the body flicker technique combined with his god like speed, his form vanishes and near instantly appears in front of his airborne rival, it's arms attempt to wrap around his upper body to pin his arms at his side, it's forehead going towards the Raikage's, it's eyes being at point blank should make their required contact.
If all goes as planed the clone proceeds to explode during it's grapple attempting to take the Raikage out with him, his airborne position and that of the clones speed cause an almost impossible situation to counter.
The cloak of raiton, should it come in to play, the clones high health should prove to absorb the damage so the grapple may proceed as planned if not countered.

The original observes this, his Sharingan takes in every last detail, he does not act but instead watches how he will deal with the clone before he is forced to act, with the Raikage assaulted during the jump he would not of summoned the clones to begin his ground assault as of yet, this leaves no immediate danger for the original.

The kunai from before due to having the chakra flow ceased returns to a simple stone.

(You fail to forget that LRA doubles my speed meaning I am at 210, plus LRA is S-rank meaning the clones health does not matter. Avoiding that attack with ease, js)

He quickly had jumped into the air going straight through flames that were easily and effortlessly pushed aside by his Raiton no Yoroi and outmanoeuvred the much slower opponent with increadible ease, his speed having been doubled from the Raiton no Yoroi, the form of Viper that had made its way towards him would have no chance of catching up to him as his speed was much great just to make sure that there was no chance of being caught by some slower form he used the Body flicker technique to flicker downward at the ground . He had reached the ground before the clone even reached his previous point in the air, although it gave him a chance to look up at the area where Viper's possible clone form was at. It did not matter to him if it was a clone or not, he would be careful of his distance but he planned on going all out. At this point he left his Raiton no Yoroi on and kept its effects going, his speed being much higher than Sharingan would be able to follow, he was now holding the advantage of this fight, having still never made eye contact, nor having allowed his opponent to strike him with a possible clone.

He took a moment to sense for the location of Viper once more to see if the form in the air was most likely a clone, and he quickly caught onto Viper's location, figuring that Viper would be hiding back and sending out clones to fight him. It made him only view Viper as somewhat of a coward, but two could play at that game. He simply made three clones and all three charged at Viper, while the clones lacked Raiton no Yoroi they did have Kenseigan making them faster than normal, which should be faster than Viper was. Although he had the clones dart at Viper they did not attack.

The clone arrives in Kurisu's prior location, although out sped, vision of him was not lost as the clone shifts it's gaze towards his route of travel.
The clone lands after only a few seconds, Viper awaits the oncoming clones of the Raikage, with their speed only five points higher than Viper's they would not prove to have a high advantage, the clone that is now distanced quickly weaves the seal for the replacement technique, its vision shifts to Vipers original being as the switch is made.
This battle has drug on long enough, Viper needed to find a way to end it, his rival was faster with that Raiton as seen by how he easily evaded the clone, if he was not prepared Kurisu could end this before Viper even blinks.
Vipers eyes peer around the current clearing the two are in, his eyes detail the size as roughly 50meters around, a dense forest bordering their battlefield, Viper preforms the body flicker technique along with his speed to vanish from the main field of battle to enter the surrounding forest, his clone left to deal with the clones of the Raikage.
The forest should prove to be the perfect battlefield to continue, although his opponent is faster, he lacks the Sharingan, something that is allowing Viper to stay in this fight despite the Raikage's near instantaneous speed, in order to win this Viper had to embrace his tactical nature and not get swept up in to battle.
The original whom is hidden within the forest grasps three stones in his right hand, flowing his chakra to them they make the change in to shuriken that are then thrown forth from the forest at high speeds towards the front of the Raikage, Viper runs along the edge of the forest as an attempts to keep out of view of the Raikage but still keeping him within his own, Viper reaches the forest at the Raikage's right within only an instant observing his Shuriken assault.
