Backstory: Years of chakra influence and the salt water shores of Kiri formed crystals within rock capable of being forged and handled like steel. The crystal also had another property to hum and harmonize with its wielder through vibrations. This made it especially useful for genjutsu users who wanted to rely on sound to cast their illsusions.
