Breakaway (exit)

As the sisters stepped outside the jail they took their first breath of fresh air in what felt like forever! It had only been a few months, but the isolation and trauma in such a place can make a mere second feel like an hour!
As quickly as Megami drew a breath of fresh air, her eyes began to adjust to the natural light. Konoha looked beautiful! It wasn't a bright sunny day, it was a cloudy day and as if on cue in a movie, the rain began to sprinkle down on them as they headed towards the gates of Konoha! Goto had given them the okay to leave the village and head to another one so they could find their team!
As they approached the gates to leave Konoha and head to Hoshi, Megami looked around her and gave Konoha one last look.

Akki welcomed the rain on her face and the fresh air! The sound of the birds singing, the smell of the vendor food cooking and the sound of people were sounds she had missed. It was literally music to her ears. She continued to listen to the sounds of Konoha as they made their way to the gates.
They had been released and given permission to leave Konoha to go find the rest of their team. Konoha would always be where they were originally from, but now, it was time to find their new permanent home! She was sure that the Hybrid twins and Talon were in Hoshi, and Tori Uzumaki-Uchihas husband was from there as well, so she may have landed there. They were about to depart from Konoha and head there to find out if that was indeed where their group had landed.
“Ready Meg? I know I am.” Akki smiled as they arrived at the gates. They would have to come back and visit Konoha one day in the future.

It appeared the two siblings didn't need much time to gather their belongings as Goto watched them approach the village gates. "I know your return wasn't what you expected, but things can only start to look up from now". The silver haired Senju would check their papers a final time, making sure everything was in order so the kunoichi could successfully leave Konohagakure. Once everything was taken care of the only thing left for him to do was to wish them well. "Have a safe trip". Hopefully their travels went without trouble and who knew, perhaps the three of them would meet again someday.

Megami smiled at Goto as he arrived at the gate with their paperwork. She hoped that their paths would meet again someday and even though he was right about the return to Konoha not being what was expected, she was glad that at least everything worked out before the sisters left.
“Thank you sir, until we meet again!” She bowed politely before walking out of the gates. This was the first step in the right direction Megami had taken in quite a while, things from here would look up for the sisters and their teammates! The future was already shining bright despite the rainy weather!

Akki nodded towards her fellow clan mate, the deputy Kage Goto Senju, as he approached the gate with their paperwork as he wished them a safe journey. Akki was thankful for him because he had actually listened to their story and released them knowing they were innocent! Hopefully their paths would cross again under different circumstances, Goto seemed like a good man! Even if she didn't know much about him, they were from the same clan and she could tell he was a decent person.
Akki followed Megami out of the gates of Konoha as they headed towards their new destination, Hoshigakure.
