The Red Cloaks of the Nikuya

Name: The Red Cloaks of the Nikuya
Appearance: Built of light weighted materials, and double plated reenforced armaments; the blood red cloaks of the Nikuya of Ketsuekigakure are built to fit each member of the esteemed rank. Built with more pockets that any normal shinobi would be confused with, the Nikuya's cloaks are made to ensure they have room to carry everything that they could possibly need.
Backstory: Upon the creation of Ketsuekigakure, Remika ordered the creation of the Nikuya to be the villages shadows and guardians. The group would become built of the strongest, the fastest and the smartest of the village; the elite group of Shinobi would gain their nickname from a generic 'ANBU', to butchers, or Nikuya based on their brutal way they were set to handle any threats or issue that came their way. Merciless by all means, the group was granted their cloaks to conceal their identities, outside of the group. However inside of the village, the faces of the red cloaks are common within the halls Hajimari; as the owners of these cloaks are also apart of the training of recruits, and academy students.
Ryo Value: 5,000 if bought by the Red Council as a shinobi's rank up, 10,000 if a member of the Nikuya are replacing their armor as punishment for losing their cloak, a shameful act.

Special Conditions: Can only be bought by the Red Council of Ketsuekigakure or a member of the Nikuya.

Chakra Suppression ;; Allows the user to lower their chakra levels temporarily to 0 - avoiding all chakra sensory tech detection. If the user uses anything aside from E Rank level techniques, such as Surface Walking, then the user will be instantly revealed with the suppression being removed.
