Where on earth has the Second Mizukage been?

The sailor's eyes betray his thoughts. Even in the far south of Island, rumors swirled of some disruption in the shinobi village due to an absence of leadership. It hadn't been of any concern to him until now, when he stares this apparently missing woman in the face, as she politely presents her shinobi identification to request passage to the Land of Wind. If not for her distinct tattoos, she'd be easily mistaken for a common traveler. It appears she's been living in the south of Island for a few months, now, and has adopted both its dress and a significant tan.

"Uhm... of course, Lord Second, but... you hear they're looking for you up there, right?"
"For me?" Murata laughs. "They're doing just fine."
