Knowledge is Eternal [IO]

Waiting in one of the many rooms the Hoshigakure Hospital harbored, Akaboshi sat comfortably in a chair, staring outside through one of the windows. His reflection in the glass, crimson eyes looking back at the Red Nova whose knowledge on a certain matter would come in handy soon. Time to take another step in the right direction had finally arrived for the Commander as he was about to follow in the footsteps of many other legendary shinobi alike. "Anytime now" he spoke under his breath, having sent a message before arriving himself. But for now all he could do was wait. Wait and stare at his reflection in the mirror.

The sound of a voice disturbed the everlasting silence, the Nova's visitor having found his way to the Hospital as well. "Not a rush, but something that's been long-overdue" the captain responded, an almost emotionless smile on his face. He would guide the demon towards a chair, waiting til the man took a seat before explaining things once more. "If not for Lord Yasaki I wouldn't be telling you this" Akaboshi emphasized the importance of the information he possessed. "As you know, that power isn't your own. However, there is a way for you to attain the ultimate stage of my clan's renowned dojutsu". Only a handful of people shared the secret knowledge and the Red Nova was one of them.

He continued his explanation, finally giving it a name. "The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan is the perfected state of our dojutsu, allowing us to no longer suffer from any blindess our eyes cause us". Akaboshi made sure not to leave anything of importance out, clarifying that they wouldn't lose any of the previous stages' abilities. "Is that enough to convince you? If it is, then I take it you know what you need to do next". Not in a rush, but no time to waste.

Taking his seat next to the Uchiha the Senju would listen intently to the words of the Nova Commander. The importance of what he had to say was beyond his original concept. So if what Akaboshi speaks is true, then there is a vast power beyond what was already extended to him, to them. One thing that the Senju found so…greedy about the Uchiha. “Your kind truly cannot advance without the help of one another. Or should I say, your methods of attaining greater power is more twisted than I thought. I cannot point a finger at you, nor can I frown upon it. I, too, am a chimera of twisted parts.” Saying his peace.

Nodding subtly at the last sentence from his new found associated. Yasaki had quite the prize for him, indeed. The Senju would form a number of seals, in which summoned a clone of wood between them. Sitting back in his seat he would look to the ceiling. The clone looking to both of them, forming seals simultaneously in both hands. “Sit back and relax. This will only take a moment.” It’s hands would coat in blue coalesce chakra, then covering their eyes and immediately severing their sights. There was a sting there to indicate this. 

The chakra would fade and the hands would collect the sets of Sharingan from both parties. Swapping them with the other hand. A green hue of chakra would emerge as the clone would replace the eyes within the sockets and simultaneously healing and reconnecting the nerves within the optics. Restoring to them their ‘light’ of vision. The clone would step back. “It is done.” Parting words before converting into a pile of wood on the floor.

The procedure went as expected, a bit of discomfort but one that would be worth enduring. Akaboshi knew that the slight sting was nothing compared to what he would gain, the final stage of the Sharingan. No longer needing to worry about losing his eyesight due to overusing his dojutsu while at the same time keeping the abilities of the previous stages. If someone were to ask him, then he'd consider it a pretty big win-win, or at least in his books. It only took Aokidanza a couple of minutes to complete the swap, the demon's medical expertise allowing the man to finish up quickly. 

Once the procedure was complete he'd carefully get up, opening and closing his eyes a couple of times before activating his now Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. "I would tell you to use it wisely, but I'm afraid you wouldn't listen anyway". Not even able to thank the demon for his help Akaboshi watched as the man disappeared.

A grim smirk would form across the face of the demon. Hearing the words of the Nova Commander would prove to be amusing to him. His words of advice would fall short on the ears of someone like him. “At least you learn that much about me to know.” He would say, blinking a few times while activating his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, catching a glimpse of its new design in the reflection of the window. He could feel the surge of its power flowing through him. 

The demon would stand and give his associate a final nod. “Until we meet again, Uchiha Akaboshi.” Disappearing from him all together.
