Holy Helpers

Crom had just finished up with his first mission of the day and was ready to move onto his next one after a quick meal. It was time to continue his streak, back at the mission board he studied the board once more and found a Mission that was offering more then normal amount of Ryo. It seemed to be a Covert mission that would involve him delivering some supplies to one of the Church’s place of worship under the guise of anybody besides the Shinobi Forces. “Well this should be super simple, I don’t look like a Shinobi or even someone who can handle hard work.” Crom laughingly thought to himself. He proceeded to the meet up location at which he would be given the Food, Clothing and Medicine to deliver to the place of worship the amount was small and he divided them up even more to be amounts that would make sense for a single believer to have on their person.

After doing this he had enough to split between at least 3 different Churches and he started off his journey of charity, it was certainly a strange feeling to be hiding under a devotee just to donate much needed goods to someone. Crom didn’t quite understand the divide between the Church and Shinobi’s but he had the basic gist of it and didn’t care to dive to far into it just yet. Crom approached the first Church and upon crossing himself as if he was thankful for entering the building he proceeded to find the donation box. Pulling out the meager amount he had that wouldn’t raise any suspicion he put the supplies into the box and then proceeded to the praying area to seem to offer a prayer to the gods or god he didn’t know how this worked but he played his part as needed.

Once he had gauged he had spent the needed amount of time he left that place and got ready to repeat the process, it was a simple bit of work after all who would think this pale skinny boy would be a Shinobi. He stood out even if he didn’t want to and unlike some people he would meet the Priests eyes and bow to them smiling awkwardly perfectly showing the image of a nervous but devoted believer just giving what he was able to with what he could. Some of the Priest probably mistook him as a child of one of their more devout members being sent to deliver the goods in their stead. Regardless it seemed that none of the churches were any of the wiser and he exited the final church having finished up a long talk with the head Priest there on various small talk from the weather to his plans for the future as if they had been companions for years. Once he was done with that talk Crom was done with his mission and all he had to do now was head back and report. Making sure no one was following him he slowly took his time making his way back to the place that was stated in the mission to report his completion of the mission and for it to be signed off by the higher ups.
