Sunagakure Attack Observation Deck - Page 2 Empty Re: Sunagakure Attack Observation Deck

Yen studied the battle below. A sudden sight  caught  sight of the confrontation as he studied the fight at hand. It was faster than he could percive. Yet the awnser was clear. The man known as koroshi seemed to have failed in his assualt. As by the simple actions of the man  yet as a shinobi and an ally he did not want to see a village slaughtered even at the cost of his life.

We gotta act now!

Yen thought as he raised his voice to speak.

" im going to talk to them. We have no choice but to talk and act.... if any of you do not wish to follow i will go. Wether alone, or with arms. You should all consider your options. We are allies. And as allies represent. With not only force, but diplomacey. Consider your stances, and  either follow me or  stay behind."

The aburame was shocked  at the results as the man cut off the kages head. Yet leaders do no shake in the face of  fear and someone needed to step up.

With a flair of his cloak  yen departed into the storm of the conflict.

Everything changed once, the kaekage's head flew. The world was no longer smiles and rainbows. It was that moment something inside Ryu had snapped.

Watching his leader get dismantled... Royalty knew sitting back wasn't helping a greater cost. He got up and followed the others to the front lines.

Watching not only a leader, but she friend die I'm battle. Kyson was just about traumatized to see his leader be defeated so easily. He would follow behind Royalty preparing for the worst.

Koroshi's death didn't have as much impact on Salzem as he wanted it to. He wanted to break down in tears, or freeze with pain, or something worthy of having this father-figure and mentor die... but he didn't feel much of anything and that was unnatural. Confused that he was so controlled, disappointed that the only feeling he had was the tiniest drop of regret, angry how he could be so calm at a time like this... The only thought that could possibly explain this was the cold reasoning of "so many people are dead. Friends... family.... students... teachers... What's one more?" It made him sick that he could justify Koroshi's death in this way but there was no other explanation other than Salzem going completely insane and he preferred not to believe that. The weight on Salzem's heart grew a little heavier, but not much, nothing he couldn't hold up given the weight it was before. He watched as everyone scrambled to the gates to confront their fallen mentor, his enhanced senses picking up a split in what they should do. One half wanted to run to their deaths, whether in some heroic sacrifice to protect their village or to avenge their fallen leader. Were they INSANE!? Salzem glared across the sands, making his way towards the direction of collecting ninja, his ears picking up more chatter as he got closer, specifically that Kyson would be Koroshi's replacement if anything happened to him (good for him, he thought), and then promptly spat all over it by basically declaring that they would fight to the last man.

Perhaps it was the lycan's Pack-Leader instincts flaring up for the first time or maybe it was some previously unseen effect, but Salzem's rage grew as Kyson spoke and all he wanted to do was claw his watery tongue out. Didn't he SEE!? The stakes were so much HIGHER than this.... petty act of... whatever it was. If he thought he was protecting the village then he was utterly stupid and Koroshi was too for selecting him as Kage. If this was how he wanted to "protect" his village, then he was as incompetent a Kage as he had ever seen... Salzem made his way up to the gates to make these facts known, most likely potentially damaging his relations with them further.

Ryou saw a large of the group go and confront the killer of their Kazekage. At first he wasn't sure about going up there with them, after all Ryou was just a genin his opions didn't matter much. Then, once he heard about them challenging the killers, he began to change his mind. So, instead of hanging back like most genin, he went towards the upper class shinobi

It seemed Salzem hadn't heard Kotsuzui's question, or his attention was simply elsewhere. If it had been the former, Kotsuzui would have taken that as a bit rude, but it was safe so that that it was the latter. Everyone's attention was directed to the same thing, and that was the death of the Kazekage who rushed into battle and now the village may potentially face the consequences for his poorly thought out actions. But if he attacked these two without seconds thought there must have been a reason, right? He must have known that these two were here with ill intent. Or he thought so. Whatever the reasoning, it ended his own life. Now many other shinobi were gathering around the two intruders. Kotsuzui was going to do the same, but he wouldn't confront the two men like the other had. He was going just close enough to pick up what the others were saying.
