Rikaro stood in front of a hawk as he began to place a letter in the sack on a hawk's leg that had " As I was walking around the village I came across to ninjas sparring, however one of them wanted to do ludicrous things. Apparently he wanted to kill you as well as leave the village. As he says you are the most evil thing closest to him. I however decided to punish the boy, if you want to know the boy's name who spoke the words is Jason Goka and the one he was sparring with was Ashur ". Upon finally placing the letter in the pouch he would push the hawk softly watching as it went into the sky to the Raikage where ever he was.
