Hey Raikage, is chu home?

The casual trip to Kumogakure no Sato was done in a unique manner, the man not walking, but instead floating, using his manipulation of his own gravity field he made his form weightless and allowed the winds to carry him from the docks of Funkagakure no Sato, and towards the village of Kumogakure no Sato. His form for a good majority of the trip lies within the clouds, his manipulation over his own gravity field correcting his directions when wind currents alter to move him away from his destination, all he knew for certain was Kumogakure no Sato's general location from a directional stand point according to a map, and a compass, thus he simply rolled with it. During the trip his back is facing the ground, his hands upon the back of his head in a lounging manner, as if the man is resting upon the air itself. His eyes closed behind his shaded visage as he relaxes, the sun reflecting off his sunglasses and not bothering him in the slightest.

Near the end of his trip, Shouten turns fluidly in the air, adding a slight bit of gravity to his form to cause a slow descent, his form mimicking a balloon that is slowly having the helium running out in it. His form touches down only two meters from the village gates, his form facing them as his senses are on full alert, there are still some that may of known him for his time as a Nukenin, but alas he now has permission to be here, that is simply the only difference. His right jacket pocket under his own manipulation, ejects the scroll containing the permissions into his right hand that moves over it, the man looking for anyone that looks to have any form of authority, he did not come to start war, only to collect what belongs to his village.

The title of Raikage had just change hands at ths time so the village itself was on lock down for the moment, Anbu were scattered along the village as the people talked about the new Raikage. This was information being said as a shock to alot of the villagers but what can you do now? these people had a new leader now,but was the daughter any better then the father?. The sensor team would feel a chakra approach higher then there own Kage it was a full alert at that moment. Scattering along the rooftops was the first squadran of Anbu heading towards the gates."We are not to engage unless we are forced too"said the captain of the Anbu. It didnt take long for them to land on the walls as the captain will leap over landing infront of the newcomer. the other six anbu were alligned on the wall as the captain stood his grounds,"What is your business here Shouten Ataenushi"the captain spoke his hand on his ninjanto,as he spoke to the world wide criminal and the Anbu atop prepare to support there captain if things went south.

Shouten observes the welcoming party, how sweet for them to put on such a show for him, when it was this village that aided him so greatly during the assault on Kirigakure no Sato, but he doubts any of that was made public to know that the Raikage, and his daughter whom was the leader of a multipurpose criminal organization helped with the destruction of an entire country. Shouten does not show any reaction towards their numbers, should they turn hostile he will make it rain a unique arrangement of blood over the village as he makes his way inside. Shouten casually flicks his right wrist forward, the scroll tosses towards the ANBU before him, Shouten speaking in conjunction. "I have come under the jurisdiction of Funkagakure no Sato, and under the request of the Kazankage; Osore Kinzoku. As for the full reason, that is for the ears of your Raikage." Should the scroll be taken, and opened, the contents are a pass port with the Kazankage's insignia, and the paperwork requires for crossing into other villages, Shouten making sure not to leave out a single thing he would need to gain entry.

The Captain would remain in his stance preparing to attack if he must as a single movement made him sweat. This guy was well known for sure,as he flicked the scroll towards him as it rolled to the captains feet he would keep hos eyes on him as he reached down to grasp it."We will see....."he said as he opened up the scroll viewing it contents as it was permission truly from the village. They truly didn't have the power to stop him at this moment,He would look up from the scroll tossin it back at him as he spoke"Open the gates"."You do one thing...i swear i will not hesistate to strike you down..now go before i change my mind"he would say as the gates and barriers were let down for entry of Shouten.

Shouten catches the scroll with a soft sound of impact as he slides it back within his pocket, inside he smirks at how his mere presence is causing this much of a reaction, his eyes noting how on the exposed sections of skin on the ANBU sweat is visible, Shouten assuming he is the cause. Shouten does not offer them anymore words, as the conflict with them he needed to have is over with, now it is time to see what the lord of alcohol is up to, little does Shouten know he has stepped down from power to hand it over to his daughter. Shouten now makes his way forward, passing the ANBU and making his way towards the Raikage's chambers.

The Anbu would watch as the man would walk pass him the captain sweating a storm behind his mask. As he would release a sigh of relief waving his hand as he would sigh deeply before everyone of them disappeared closing the gates behind him and reactivating the barriers.
