A Message to the Raikage

Azaiyo would continue his quest of finding out who the Akatsuki were. His first plan would be gathering information on the lady who was known to be a Shinobi of Kumogakure no Sato. Not even a name was mentioned, so Azaiyo was especially curious about this one out of the two of whom he had just met, back at his own village. He would knock on the large gates. He wouldn't mean to be impolite, but would knock on the gates quite hard to make the situation seem urgent. He needed answers. "RAIKAGE?! This is the Deputy Kazekage! I have some important information for you!" Azaiyo would knock louder as he began to figure out why those two Akatsuki members wanted to visit the Kazekage. They were going to make new plans with the village, something that Azaiyo would do. The situation now seemed very worrisome. Azaiyo would stand by the gates as he knew the Raikage would drop by at the right moment. To ensure that nothing would go wrong, Azaiyo already had a Flying Thunder God seal placed right next to the doors of the Kazekage Chambers, hidden from one's vision. Azaiyo also had his dog scowering the area to smell any odd scents.

Reports flew fast through the village at the sound of knocking and the calling for the Raikage’s appearance to talk to the so called Deputy Kazekage. His new eyes were still unprepared to gaze up the vision of the world, but as Raikage he had to still deal with political matters. Although in this case it was probably best if he refrained from revealing the fact that he was now basically an Uchiha and had Mangekyou Sharingan eyes. He hid his old eyes from sight, placing them within his desk and within moments his ANBU guards came to lead him to the village gates. Even with his chakra sensory, he would have a hard time finding his way around the village. In order to disguise his current state of blindness from the bandages, he would simply feel for the chakra of the two ANBU guards flanking him on either side. To hide the sight of his face, he pulled a white cloth veil around the edge of his Raikage Hat, this would block the sight of his bandages and make it seem as though he could still see.

Making his way through the village, more guards opened the gates, and he could sense a strong presence of chakra just on the other side of the gates entrance. “I assume you’re the one asking for me? Calling yourself the Deputy Kazekage?” he had no issues with Sunagakure, he even planned to take a trip there for peace talks until the situation with his eyes arose. Perhaps this would be able to lead to the meeting and provide already set ground for peace talks. There were no rumors or signs of corruption and evil actions from Sunagakure, it seemed like a rather peaceful village nowadays. “I also figure this is fairly important so we should head back to my office to further discuss things.” He didn’t feel comfortable being out in the open without the advantage of his vision, besides political affairs needed to be handled in a more private manner, rather than in front villagers. With that he figured if this discussion really was important, than the man would follow him, so he turned around and used the chakra presence of his ANBU guards to guide him towards the office building, his face entirely hidden from view still.

Azaiyo would watch as the Village Gates would open. This had been the first time that Azaiyo had visited Kumogakure no Sato, the village of the Hidden Cloud. Two ANBU guards would appear, looking as if they were escorting the Raikage to where Azaiyo was. Azaiyo would look at the Raikage as his face seemed hidden from Azaiyo's sight. Was this some sort of culture for the Raikage? Azaiyo was yet to figure this out. He would follow the Raikage as he would head to office, acting as if he wanted Azaiyo to follow him.

Azaiyo now found himself inside of the office. Compared to the Kazekage Chambers, this place seemed much more organized, but yet filled with documents. It seemed as though there were many problems in this village. Either that, or the village was under extraordinary management. Azaiyo would place documents on the desk before he would begin to speak. "These are documents I have written about everyone I have encountered within the village. As you can see, many of the pages are stamped, meaning they have been dealt with. Also, notice how my collection is indeed very small. There are little threats can come into Sunagakure no Sato. However, I would like you to take a look at these three pages. One is the profile of man known as Takisho K. Senju. When this man first entered the village, I could sense something strange about him, for I was trained by animals and use their skills as my own. I merely tested this man with a single jutsu to prevent any possible danger that this man could pull when entering the village. Mere moments after, he used some kind of natural Wood Release to counter it. Very little effort was put into that jutsu, by I could almost see wooden creations form from his body. I explain this to you because I have also seen this with the Kazekage, Amane. Her eyes seemed to reflect her bloodline. They were red and seemed to have some sort of black dot inside. Aside from this all, I now give you the other two documents. This one is of a girl. Her name was not given because she was asleep at the time. However, Takisho said to me that she is from here. From what I've seen, she has blue hair and black, revealing clothing. I would ask if you know her, but here is the final document, the most important one. There seems to be an organization out there called Akatsuki. When this man known as Takisho came, he said he was a member of it. This organization seems to want Amane Uchiha for something. I'm guessing it's for resources. To be honest I cannot tell what is happening back at my village. I have left a seal that allows me to go there at any given time, along with a dog that can sense anything I tell it with a single sniff. I would ask that you help me, for they did not seem like the nicest people, and if anything bad happens to my village, then I can tell you now it will continue to this one." Azaiyo would conclude his speech here. This was just an introduction. If this man known as the Raikage had good understanding, then they could study this even further. Azaiyo would wait for the Raikage's response before he would go deeper into the conversation, the Hokage and the village known as Konohagakure no Sato.

He took a seat at his desk, his arms resting softly upon the durable surface of his desk. Had it been someone else’s desk he would have probably smashed his fist into the surface by now, but there was no logically reason to destroy his own desk without some type of reason. He heard the man set down something on the desk, probably some documents that he would be unable to read at the current time. He calmly and casually slid his right hand along the surface of the desk and reached the papers and gripped them with his right hand, passively handing the documents off to the right for one of his ANBU to grab. He merely listened to what the ‘Deputy Kazekage’ had to say which was easier than explaining why he didn’t read the documents.

The name Takisho clearly was familiar to him, the man had not only helped implant these new eyes into him, but Takisho had also revived the previous Raikage Kino Uchiha. The information about the girl was too vague for him to really understand, the documents might’ve had more information, but based on what he was being told about the girl he didn’t know who she was. The final piece of information caught his attention the most, something about an organization called Akatsuki. Takisho failed to mention anything other than being a wanderer from Konohagakure, nothing about being part of something called Akatsuki, the name seemed familiar, as if he had read about it as a child. It was times like these that his love of history and learning about the past came in handy. He leaned back in his chair and brought his hands together in front of his chest.

“I’ve…” he trailed off, his mind digging deep into his memory as he thought about the tons of scrolls of history he had read. “I’ve heard of Akatsuki in my historical studies. I can’t remember much, and from what I remember there isn’t much recorded information that is easy to access. If I remember correctly, they are considered to be an evil type of group full of powerful shinobi. I recently met with Takisho only a few days ago, as for the girl the appearance you described doesn’t bring up any memories so I can’t say that I don’t know the girl, but I can’t say that I do know who she is.” He explained, giving a small sigh. “What worries me is their intentions for the Kazekage, it’s one thing to just be a random group of shinobi, but to have the shelter of a Kage and resources, that could lead to them becoming rather powerful. It wouldn’t be an issue if their intentions were not malicious but we can’t be certain about that. From what I’ve heard Amane Uchiha is probably the least corrupted Kage out of the five major villages. Would she accept evil into the village?” he questioned, wondering what would happen if this ‘Akatsuki’ group was truly an evil organization, would they be allowed to make a home in Sunagakure no Sato or even attack it and then wage war on other villages. As Raikage of Kumogakure no Sato, he needed to approach the situation carefully and do what was best for Kumogakure.

It had seemed as though this Akatsuki organization was indeed a sinister group. Azaiyo thought as he would envision what was going on in Sunagakure right now. Takisho's identity was clarified by the Raikage as he would speak. However, the girl's description was not great enough to clarify that all matters were considered good for the time being. The Raikage did not know that Takisho was part of this organization. Therefore, Azaiyo would have to speak up. "I now realize why these two or rather this organization in general would consider going after the Kazekage. If the Akatsuki are indeed an evil organization, then I would assume they are going for something known as the Sharingan. You see, two Uchiha have also gone missing and have yet to return. I saw their profiles in Amane's documents as well, and they seem to possess the same power. As for other organizations, we have not recognized a single sinister type for ages. In other words, I predict that the Akatsuki are responsible for their absence. Azaiyo would think even further as he would begin to adapt more on the information that was coming to mind. Normally, if a group of shinobi were to desire resources, they would go to a guard or someone with high duty. As Deputy Kazekage, Azaiyo would be one of those people to ask. Azaiyo knew only a few things that could only be taken care of by the Kazekage only; alliances, control, and construction. Azaiyo came to a conclusion, as this is what the Akatsuki were eager for.

"I..." he interrupted himself, trying to make sure he was getting everything clear in his mind, just like he had noticed with the Raikage, "After many thoughts, I will come to these conclusions over the organization known as the Akatsuki. I warn you though, these are only assumptions. A shinobi would wish only to speak to a kage if they desired one or all of these three things when it comes to resources; alliances, control, and construction. From what I see, the Akatsuki probably desire all three of these things. You see, Sunagakure no Sato is currently a scarcely populated village. However, it is the most peaceful village. Therefore, as an evil organization, the Akatsuki would probably wish to start an alliance with the Hidden Sand to decrease chances of death and give themselves an immediate, large gain by using the village as a possible decoy to reach a certain goal. As a small and quiet village, no one outside would recognize that an alliance was created unless it was announced. Luckily, I am here. The second thing I would assume is control. As soon as the Akatsuki would begin to obtain power, they would probably takeover the village in order to increase population. This makes me come to my first conclusion. The Akatsuki are too mischievous to leave alone. The main person I am looking at right now is Takisho. I could sense healing tactics during my encounter with him, thinking he was a good guy. However, your word, I believe that the probability of Takisho being a good civilian are indefinite. This is just my judgment for now. I only give my thoughts, as my job is to clarify everything that goes on in my village. For now I ask we get more shinobi involved, as not much organizations have revealed themselves lately, and this one I believe needs investigation. I leave you with your word. Azaiyo would try to come to his conclusion about the thoughts of construction that the Akatsuki desired. However, there were many things that an evil organization could desire. Therefore, Azaiyo would leave this fraction out until either more people would become involved in the situation, or possibly more of this organization would be revealed.

He closely listened to the words that Azaiyo spoke, not interrupting the supply of information that Azaiyo was providing. Hearing about the missing Uchiha from Sunagakure and what Azaiyo felt the Akatsuki were up to. It was becoming rather clear and obvious that Akatsuki was probably not the type of organization that could be trusted, they were almost for sure the same type of organization that they had been in the past. A design based upon malicious intentions and the desire to bring the world to its feet with their power that they seemed to be working towards gathering. Kurisu had only one real viable option at this point, in order to make sure that all the Kages were on the same page it would be be time for a Gokage Summit. Nothing else would allow the villages to effectively discuss and share information about suspicious activity and things that could be centered towards the Akatsuki. Although some secrets would remain, the major villages needed to get on the same page as far as possible actions by Akatsuki and other missing-nin were concerned.

He had few words for Azaiyo, there was a lot to think about and consider, things that needed to be done and put into action. "I thank you for informing me of what you know and what is going on. I'm going to prepare a Gokage Summit soon, so you may leave here and speak with other leaders and inform them of this idea. In time I shall be sending letters out to all Kage including the Kazekage to invite them to meet and discuss events going on within the Shinobi World, I feel that is the only way we will be able to prevent disastrous situations from becoming a reality. For now I need to take some time to do some investigations of my own before calling the summit." he said, leaning back in his chair, wondering how much the Akatsuki might've done and what all they were planning, not only that but he wondered what the other Kage would have to say when the fateful day would finally arrive in which they discussed important matters.

Azaiyo was glad to see yet another of great understanding. The Akatsuki were indeed a dangerous group, or from what Azaiyo predicted, this was now the time for Azaiyo to stand out in the shinobi world as a savior. He was going to defeat this organization one day, and return to the villagers with nothing but success. A Gokage Summit was going to prepared sooner or later, meaning lots of changes would occur. For now he would have few words for the Raikage, as he had very few words for him. "I thank you, Kurisu, for your kindness and great support. It is great to see yet another one of peace in this world. Once you discuss this information with the Gokage, I ask that you please give me the results. For now, I will be on my way to the next destination. Best of luck to you and your village. Goodbye." With this, Azaiyo would simply walk out of the chambers, then teleport back to his home in Sunagakure no Sato.
