Realization [P;Closed]

It is in the throne of Asgard Viper ponders the recent events, the lord of the "Sky Nation" has given up, his land now Viper's.
A soft chuckle is produced as Viper now comes to the Realization that he now controls the world, the five great nations that were once divided by war and differences are now united under one banner, the Fire Nation now holds dominion over the world.
Everything he has worked for, all the hardships he has been through, his goal has finally been accomplished, his head tilts back as he begins laughing maniacally, the world is his, now he truly is a god!
Now comes the next step in his plan, the world is now his, he needs those trusted enough to govern the sections as he cannot be everywhere at once, or at least it is not fair for him to be.
Currently there is two major locations he needs leaders of, Sunagakure no Sato, and Tengakure no Sato, pondering those who follow him and have earned his trust a few people come to mind, his smirk grows wider at the fact this is actually happening.
Viper begins to plan out the other factor about owning the world, the Bijuu within it, he knows the location of a handful but a few evade his eye, it is now however that Viper gets a brilliant idea.
Taking advantage of the former Tenkage's position within his world he enacts a casual mind reading to learn the location of the remaining Bijuu, that the Tenkage does in fact has knowledge about, one sticks out as the two tails that is currently within the mans personal world.
Viper knowing full well he cannot enter without permission tweaks it a tad, he now has the Tenkage believe in his mind that Viper has permission to enter the world in which Viper proceeds to do entering in front of the bijuu, with a simple grasping of the beast both are sent to Viper's world near the shrine of rebirth, in front of it to be specific, the beast now time locked within this world as Viper causes the tails to be ripped from the feline as two urns appear putting the tails within, the beast itself compressing into one of its own and sealing it away, all three urns now move to the shrine of rebirth for later until Viper can find a suitable host.
Viper's form blurs as he moves to his throne room, he sits upon his throne with his smirk wide, this is truly going to be fun.
