Introductions To the Mist(All Mist Ninja)

It had not been no longer then a day since the attack of the mist and the conquest of the village which had been torn from the land of the mainlanders. The village had been perfect for the woman and her means. Her true self had nothing to do with what she was going to be up against. Standing up from her new seat and looking over the village she began to turn her back on the people who began to gather near the Mizukage mansion. As she walked up the steps to th top of the mansion she looked over them all. "War...... I shall not bring but will stop... Attack and I'll kill you. I'm your Mizukage.. And the Bloody Mist begins here." she said as four messenger birds appeared near her. In her hands had been four scrolls all saying the same thing.

'Dear, __Kage

I am Imperfection, the new Mizukage of the mist village. Being that I am unknown by most of you and will never be known by the rest I ask that you all stay in your boundaries. I am not here to figh you lest you ask for it. Had you not want to attack I would not have sent this. From a dead leaf ninja I've learned that the Mist had never been perfect. Now that I rule I will bring about..... The bloody Mist. After so I do wish that we can all be..... Friends.'

Each bird latched on to the messages and flew away. Imperfection watched as they disappeared in the misty air. "The Years of the Bloody Mist begin here!!!" she said as her guards watched the ninja for any type of Coup de'tat that was inevitable but beatable. The jacket that only reached the Bolton of her boobs did not hide the mark of the jinchuriki. But hide the mask that laid under her jacket. Hiding her mouth and it's movements. Her eyes stayed dull as her hair flowed in the wind.

Zachariah received the message. He laughed. The person did not know that he had participated in the very thing that led Imperfection to the Kage position. He would write back.

To Imperfection,

He smiled, and allowed the bird to take off with the message.

First Iwagakure no Sato had been taken over and now Kirigakure had been taken over. In his gut he felt as though there was a chance that Zachariah had some hand in this recent take over, and perhaps he'd need to speak with the man again. Pushing that though aside, he wrote a letter back to the new Mizukage.


With that, he had one of his many messenger birds take off with the letter to bring it to the new Mizukage.

The letter arrives in Konohagakure no Sato, the bird landing on the edge of the stone window and chirping until Viper retrieves the letter from within its talons, he then reads it over, he sighs softly as it speaks of a dead leaf ninja, his Space-Time Migration senses search for the boy he sent out to the mist, sadly his chakra is gone, the letter saying it all, the boy was gone.
Viper writes his reply back;

Dear Mizukage,
Konohagakure no Sato shall leave you to your own affairs so long as you hold up the agreement that you stay within your borders and keep your ninja out of our land unless the proper paperwork is provided, with the previous Mizukage that has been a running problem, I hope you can do better than them.
In the near future I wish to have a meeting with you to discuss the fate of the lands and peace between our nation, I await your response.

With this Viper ties his own letter upon the right talon of the bird derived from the mist and with a simple gesture of his right hand sends it back home.
