What it does:
Upon completion of the required handseals, the user summons up to 5 / 10 / 15 portals (2 meter diameter per portal). The portals are created and grouped in clusters of 5, and so at B / A / S ranks the user is able to generate 1 / 2 / 3 clusters. However should the user have access to the A and S rank variant of this technique, they may still group all 10 / 15 portals into 1 or 2 clusters. Each cluster of portals is designated its own spawning point, but those spawning points may not exceed 30 / 40 / 50 meters from the user and may not be within 3 meters of another player. Once generated, the clusters cannot move. When the portals materialize, they are each capable of firing beams (1 meter diameter) of negative energy that home in on targets. The beams are triggered via mental command by the user, are emitted at jutsu power/speed, and can be fired once per every other post. The distance they cover is equal to the range of this technique. They do not do damage to the user, their techniques, or equipment. 

Upon making contact with a target, the beams deal an instance of damage. They are capable of clashing against equipment and chakra based techniques, and should they win a clash they impose 1 Negative Energy Stack upon a target. A target or set of equipment may not accumulate more than 6 Negative Energy Stacks at any time.
