Backstory: The arid deserts of the ninja world may get one good rainfall each year. While thousands of these succulents may sprout each year, very few survive to become adults. They require mighty winds to bloom.
Effect: The ninja tools' basic strikes and techniques clash as though it was infused with the wind element. The effect does stack with jutsu amplifiers; if the amplifier's bonus exceeds that of the jutsu, it will overwrite this if the amplifiers come with an elemental affinity.
