Kirigakure Armory

The Kirigakure Armory is a program run by Kirigakure Research & Development to allow the entire village access to expensive ninja tools through a library system. In this thread, you may fill out a template to take out a loan on available items or return them. Loans and returns must be approved by the Mizukage, Deputy Kage, or a Master of the village, as well as an approval moderator before changes can be made to a character's stat page.

The loan length is three OOC months from the date of approval. Items may, of course, be returned before this date. A character can loan three things from the armory at a time. Consumable items and explosives may be borrowed in three batches, and small thrown weapons such as kunai, shuriken, or senbon in five batches.

If not returned, loaned items will incur a late fee of 1,000 ryo per week.  If a piece of equipment is destroyed (or used in the case of consumables or explosives), its cost must be repaid instead of returning the item. If a character cannot pay their late fees, they may offer equipment or scrolls detailing custom or hidden techniques, skills, or elements of equivalent value (with techniques' cost in word count to learn counted as their ryo value). Late fees go to the village treasury, equipment is added to the armory, and techniques are added to the village's Under-Vault.

Late fees and un-returned equipment will be automatically collected if a character goes inactive. Non-legendary equipment can be collected to cover the late fee cost if the inactive character is short, but techniques cannot be.
