Backstory: One of Uchugan's most powerful jutsu. As bridges between worlds, their eyes can see across the planets and open gates between them. In this case, the user can open portals into the spirit world, which also opens back out to anywhere the caster wishes. At the same time, seemingly simple and limited to physical outlets, requiring movement to enter offers far more options in battle and versatility. However, overuse is taxing to the user, causing a strain on their chakra and spirits.

Appearance: Upon activation, the user produces a portal of starry blackness from where they see.  A second portal also opens where the caster wishes with the same starry blackness-- the two connected. A person or object goes into one, and it comes out of the other one. The inside of the portal is a tunnel of night and shimmering stars, like outer space.  After use, the outlets shrink and close.

What it does: Upon activation via the eyes, the caster can open portals from where they see, pushing the fabric of space-time apart. In essence, it creates small-scale "Einstein Rosen bridges" to allow teleportation from where a person jumps in. The two portals open from the space of eyesight for the caster-- and space they wish to go. They can 'see' this destination as well via the Uchūgan.

The size of the portal reaches as large as 5/10 meters in diameter in the shape of a circle. Jutsu and attacks reflected must be no larger than the previously stated metric size.  Regardless of rank, entry portals cannot be any further than 10 meters away from the caster, and exit portals cannot be any less than 3/5 meters away from their enemy/enemies. Portals cannot be any closer than 2 meters to an enemy's position. Deflecting enemy attacks/jutsu requires the user's chakra to be equal to or higher than the enemy's damage.

These portals can be used to allow the user to teleport via jumping into the portal to anywhere within this jutsu's range in battle. Position of entry and exit portal is how the caster wishes till movement is done. Distance traveled depends on the caster's entry portal position within 1 meter of the caster's vicinity.  At A-Rank, only the user can use and travel through the portal or one person they wish.

At S-rank, the Jutsu can operate differently. At S-Rank, the caster can send jutsu and techniques through the portal in place of himself. It can allow teleportation of other people via outlets and to far-distant locations. The location depends on areas the caster has seen a site in person or been there to travel to specifically (cannot use pictures to justify). In combat, following the same 20-meter rules, using the portal, one can capture incoming enemy attacks and repel them to another location away from the target (not back at the attacker). This only works on thrown weaponry, ninjutsu, time-space, or other projectiles like objects thrown against the user and repelled back. Taijutsu, melee weaponry can only be deflected to another location and user with it. Genjutsu and other non-intangible attacks cannot be affected. This does not affect their range.

Hello Zeo! Sorry about the wait, but I'll be trial modding your Stargate jutsu today!

So I have a couple of notes for you today

Firstly, we'll have to add some hand signs to the technique. I understand that it's a dojutsu, but hand signs will have to be added to fit in with the site's current rules. Optional masteries to remove it are totally fine, but we'll still need the default jutsu to start with them

Next, this app will need a bit more clarification. The distances allowed within this technique are scattered throughout the app instead of in one location, making it a bit difficult to pinpoint how distance is supposed to work with the application.

Additionally, it's a bit unclear as to how it functions with distance. For example, with the various clauses, the user can create a portal up to 10 meters away, hop in, and teleport somewhere else within jutsu range. Where does jutsu range apply in this scenario exactly? 20 meters from where the user created the portal? Or 20 meters from the created portal?

Additionally, how does it work with techniques or jutsu? I notice that it says that it increases jutsu range by 25 meters. Does that mean that the portal can teleport jutsu 25 meters instead of the normal 20? Does the jutsu go through the portal normally, and continue along the other side with the added bonuses?

Additionally, the portal's shape will need to be clarified just a tad bit more. I know that it's stated to be 5-10 meters in diameter, but the shape will need to be described in the application. I'm assuming that it's a circle? Whichever you choose is fine, it just needs to be listed.

Aside from the ranges, there are a couple of other things that need to be changed. For instance, the A-Rank version of the technique shouldn't be allowed to teleport techniques or jutsu. As it stands, that's just too much to allow an A-Rank to give.

We'll need to specify that for the S-Rank version, it will need to be places that the user has seen in person, just to prevent someone from saying "I saw this place in a photo."

It should be specified that entry portals also can't be created within 5 meters of an opponent, to prevent someone from trying to hitscan a portal underneath someone's feet and teleport them to the center of the ocean or something

If you could change the word incorporeal to intangible, that might be a better descriptor

The portion at the end should also be earlier on in the app instead of tacked on at the end. It's another thing to make it easier to read, but nothing that should affect the technique

Lastly, and perhaps the biggest change, we'll need to change the redirection function. As it stands now, it just feels a bit too powerful, even at S-Rank. Considering just how much it encompasses in what it's allowed to redirect, and can potentially fire the technique back from 5 meters away from the opponent, it's just too much. The portal can still teleport it away from the user, or absorb the technique, but it can't redirect it
