another enemy? zaled considered that for a moment,but as he knew overall. enemies were mere people,and people are unpredictable. Happy one moment, wanting to create mobs for something as simple as herbal teas the next. Even if for an assumed just cause peace and prosperity, and destruction+ ruination were the by product of nature, life,and the core of men, and women.

"cant stop enemies from popping up in the dirt, they might attack over anything, but at least i suppose we learned from this. even we cannot just go and scare everything off. so yes this swamp area will mostly be neutral. that way it means it satisfies all of our parameters. similar to that odd land of samurai. They tend to keep to themselves, and in many cases no one wants to bother with them."

zsled mused as he was not keen on dealing with people of such an nature for another 20 years.

zaled thought and after thought to yuris request, he still did not have an answer. Nothing came to mind to the man as he had the blueprints and ideology from the kazan from its inhabitants, but never his own that he could mold from his soul and image.

zaled spoke as it truly was unique. a blank history for what he could tell. and even if small it held nothing of significance from what gathered from these maps, and even a scant report or two.

Yuri didn't expect Zaled to be heading into the unknown. However, what more could be done in such a hasty escape from certain death? Maybe Zaled was not as prepared as he seemed to be; It doesn't matter at the moment. As Yuri understood that the swamp is a place for the hiding, Yuri could also take the time on the ship to better formulate her next strategy; She would probably beat Zaled to it actions aside. For now, nothing much could be done as their fate relies on the ship making its way safely to the upcoming shore. Looking around again while the island they departed from is well within the size of her palm, everyone looked much relieved than the ones she had to jump from. Many were familiar faces seen at the mainland's port during her heyday though communications between them and Yuri were non-existent. Should that be otherwise, she would be finding herself handling negative feedback from them about the latest incident.

When Zaled spoke about the land of iron, Yuri had a rough idea of the next chapter's purpose. It would seems to fit Yuri's timeline of gaining strength after so long; If only she had worked harder in her earlier days this would be a luxury in disguise instead.

With due diligence, Yuri had finally come to succeed at learning the next technique that would make up an important part of her core. We'll see. As she would stop bothering Zaled for him to make plans. She moved to a corner of the ship where she can sit down without the risk of falling off the ship and closed her eyes to collect herself before she would begin her a trial for her new technique.

A simple response warranted  only a smile, the boat sailed off towards the clearing of the  ocean and fine seas heading by the winds direction of to the east. Hailing to fellow merchant ships that passed by heading on their own ventures.

Zaled hummed softly picking up the scent of a small stew brewing, and knowing that it may be sometime, before he would enjoy another bite of decent seafood, headed below to the  cook whom he hailed with a warm smile and clearly an appetite, for a rare treat. The stew brimming and a bit of salt for each individual in question He soon held another small glass of wine, and was with wonder and a grumbling stomach wanted to try the dish before him.

to many it seemed as if he did not care for what had transpired, snd psrt of him perhaps did not care to an extent. He learned long ago that failure and emotions only follow through to an endless spiral. Weather it was an group of men in expedition to unexplored territory, and having to still push forward, or the village he had to in most cases watch over alone, it meant very  little if it was something he handed thecresponsibility over too, but in part he only wanted to move forward, and not have the past be a simple shackle he could not shake off. Granted that was what led to many pointless deaths in his eyes, wars fought for old men whom for the most part could not fight it, but still demanded vengeance in their name, or in the case  of modern times. kids leading another into a pointless struggle.

hmmm wonder what catch we will find in the swampy lands?

zaled thought in curiosity as he took a bite, of his food and gazed towards the east, it would take a couple days before they reached their destination. So he could enjoy his time a bit. Well for the moment enjoy his time needing to rest and perhaps quietly develop his talents moreso in quiet isolation once he reached the destination.

With the micro chiseling of the the wind along with binding of lightning, there would be a faint tune of what is being heard as an insect scrapping off its food for consumption. However, others have to be super close to hear it and no one would know what Yuri is doing aside from the fact that her posture looks as thought she is in some form of meditation; No one is going to have the time to touch her for now seeing as everyone is busy trying to get preparations done for the next landing. With everyone minding their own business, it would seems that Yuri would finally master her technique in the midst of ride while waiting.
