Detection Intruder

The clone of Ryu wandered across the bridge, as he was entering the middle of the bridge his passive sensory skill ping a signature to his right, his vision snapped around as he saw a projectile launched towards him. The projectile was fast but he had time to duck under it as it hurtled end over end past his position and carried on into the distance. Ryu planted both his hands onto the bridge's side railing and flung himself over the side of the bridge, he fell to the ground below, as he dropped he activated the water walking technique at the same time retrieving a pair of shuriken in each hand from their respective pouches. As he landed on the surface of the water he flung all four of these shurikens at his opponent, if she had begun merging with the water again he directed them at the point of the merge, if she was still in the open he directed them at her torso at the point of merging. The shuriken was positioned 6 inches apart. After the weapons were thrown Ryu started to advance forward his chakra sensory skill now actively scanning, to keep track of her wherever she should choose to move.

The original version of Ryu still stood behind the tree and was watching his clone engage until he lost sight of him under the embankment of the river.

Maki’s eyes widened as the axe swirled by her targets head, completely missing him. As it did, she would begin to merge once more with the water, however, her opponent movements were too fast. Before Maki’s head could fully merge with the water, four shuriken would stick into her. Two had planted themselves into her head and another in her neck and a final right underneath her collar bone. She had underestimated him and was now paying dearly for her arrogance. She had thought being an Uchiha made her better than everyone else and now that she had finally been bested, she felt nothing more than despair. The wounds would cause her jutsu to dispel and her body that had merged with the water became solid once more. Blood pooled in the water around her and her head tilted backwards into the water. The last thing she saw before she passed was a bird flying high into the clear sky and then her mind went blank. The woman’s body continued to float at the surface of the river and although she had already passed, her eyes remained open- although the light had faded from them.

The clone of Ryu watched as the shuriken embedded into his opponent, his aim was slightly off and he had killed her without meaning to. The clone made a handseal and then disappeared in a puff of smoke. The original Ryu, who was still behind a tree, was notified of the battle's end when he regained the consciousness of the clone. Stepping out from behind the tree Ryu returned to the body and scoop it out of the water and started heading towards the village, his mission completed.
