Long Awaited pt 2

Bursting out of the Hokage tower, Kisuke gunned his way down the street making a B line strait towards the hospital. With his arms pressed up against his chest, holding the concealed items close to him the young Uchiha had nothing on his mind but making it to the hospital. Bolting past the civilians in the streets with no regard for who he knocked into, Kisuke was determined to make it to the hospital as fast as possible. But then it donged on him. He had not actually checked the contents hidden in the wrappings the Anbu had given him. He had only taken his word for what it was. Coming to a sliding halt, Kisuke would change course and bolted into the mouth of an alley. Making sure that there was no one around, Kisuke slowly took the concealed item out from within the confinements of his leather jacket. Holding in his right hand what felt like a jar, the young Uchiha slowly began unravelling it with his free hand. Before the item was fully revealed, a letter came into view. Pulling out the parchment, Kisuke untied the string around it with the help of his teeth and then opened up the parchment. Written on the parchment with black ink were instructions for the hospital, stating that these were the lost eyes of Uchiha Kisuke and they were to be implanted back. Last and not least, it was signed by the Hokage. 

A wave of joy washed over the young Uchiha as he slid the letter into his leather jacket pocket and swiftly unravelled the rest of his parchment. Gazing down at the jar he held, bewildered, Kisuke began laughing out loud. It wasnt a maniacal or psychotic laugh one of his relief as he looked upon his sharingan. He finally got them. He would no longer have to feel inadequate, like he was less for having lost his most prized possession, the young thing other than his blood that truly made him an Uchiha. He would not be able to once again consider himself a member of the clan. 

Swiftly, Kisuke looked up back in the direction of the Hokage's tower as his donned on him that he had never thanked the Hokage for having located his lost sharingan. He wished he could have told him how much he appreciated his efforts, for finding it. He probably would have told him something corny such as he would dedicate his life to protecting the village and serving him for having located his sharingan. But it was too late for that, maybe another time. Kisuke slid the jar back into the flap of his leather jacket and bolted towards the hospital once more.

Once there, Kisuke gave the letter signed by the Hokage to the first hospital worker he could find. From there he was led to a medical specialist who took the jar containing the eyes and walked Kisuke through the procedure. Leading Kisuke into the room where the procedure was going to take place, the assistants prepped the young Uchiha for the surgery while the medical specialists prepped his tools. Lying down on the surgery bed, they put Kisuke under and once he fell asleep the specialists began working. When all was done and Kisuke awoke, he would once again be a member of the Uchiha clan.
