Becoming a Genin!

Nervously, Yazuro walked into the academy. He knew today was the day that he would finally become a genin and catch up with the rest of the people his age. Yazuro walked upstairs to his classroom and lined up for the Genin exams. After waiting patiently for a long time Yazuro suddenly hears "Next!" Yazuro then walks inside the classroom to see the proctor is sitting down looking at the list.

Bump!

"Ok yazuro perform the substitution and transformation jutsu and you pass." Said the teacher.

'Easy enough' Yazuro thought. He was a Senju, he was confident in his strength. Yazuro knew today was going to be like any other day. It was just an exam today, it was to prove whether or not you are ready to move on. Passing this exam meant that you had worked hard after you got home from the academy. As being a ninja means hard work and dedication, but it also means you have to protect the next generation of ninja after you. Yazuro was ready to do all of these things, he was prepared to set his life on the line as a ninja. He was going to make his clan proud, he was going to be as strong as his predecessors. 

Yazuro was going to start off with the Clone Technique, the first jutsu he had ever learned. He can still remember the day he learned the jutsu, he was so proud of himself and he was filled with joy as it was one step closer to being a ninja. He had spent the most time learning this jutsu, it was hard for him as it was the first jutsu he had ever learned. Yazuro had learned that nothing comes easily as a ninja and he had to work hard to climb the ranks and learn jutsu. Yazuro started off by forming the Ram handseal and then transitioning to the snake hand seal and then transitioning to the handseal of the Tiger. "Clone Technique!" A big cloud of smoke appeared next to Yazuro, as it cleared people began to see his clone, he was thankful that it came together quickly. Yazuro was also happy at the same time because he was able to perform the jutsu successfully even though he was nervous because he had the proctor watching him along with all of his classmates who usually made a joke out of him. Instead of Yazuro releasing the clone immediately, he allowed his classmates to look at the clone and die of amazement that he was even able to perform the jutsu. A jutsu they all had trouble with. He had told them he wasn't going to be useless as a ninja. This was the day that he had actually proven it, he was going to amaze them all with the next jutsu in store. Yazuro then released his clone and started to prepare for the transformation technique.

It was now time for the transformation technique. This technique required focus more than anything, if you were not focused and put under stress this technique could take a major toll on your body. Yazuro then gathered the image of his cousin and the sound of his voice. This was all required so that he was able to fully take on the image of his cousin. He needed to be able to take on the full image of his cousin, as he would also need this jutsu on infiltration missions and recon missions. He could even take on the image of a cat if he wanted to. Nervously, keeping the image in his head he started to form the hand seals Dog-Boar-Ram. "Transformation Technique!" Smoke suddenly surrounded Yazuro's body and started to clear. Everyone looked at Yazuro in amazement as he was able to take on the image of his cousin, but he wasn't done yet he still needed to speak so that he could prove to the proctor he was ready to become a Genin. "Hello, sir." Speaking using his cousin's voice. People were even more amazed at the fact he was also able to imitate his cousins voice. It was also time to show off one of the things he learned while training, even though it wasn't required in this exam he wanted to show his classmates he was good enough. Yazuro then walked up to a wall and put his foot on the wall and followed by that he put his other foot on the wall. He started walking up to the ceiling and when he reached the ceiling he walked onto it. He was using the other jutsu he had learned, the surface walking technique. Yazuro then asked, "Did I do good enough sir?"

Yazuro dropped off the ceiling and then started to smile, he knew he was going to become a Genin. He had proved he was able to become a ninja by learning that technique. This was also going to prove that he was worthy of getting trained by someone in the Senju clan. This was also a step closer to catching up with the people in his age group, half of them had already became Chuunin in the past year. Now that he had done this, it was time that he showed his clan and predecessors that he was going to be a strong ninja, he was going to be a ninja who had the Will of Fire in them.
