A Dark Wind Blows (P NK)

Bar ran as fast as possible, even using a bit of Surface Walking to get around obstacles, but DAMN, this guy could move, right out of surgury, no less! Bar barely caught a glimpse of him going into the Tenkage building, and slowed. There were other ways to get information, after all. Snagging a cheap Thank You card from a nearby convenience store, Bar scribbled a brief message within, then calmly walked inside the building, heading straight for the secretary. "Hi, Master Haru! Could you have this delivered to that strong shinobi who just walked into here?" Bar gave a brief description of Xyxer. Bar fully expected him to read his note, put it through all the sensors and detection and other security that was standard for stuff passing into the Tenkage's office, but it was just plain card-stock, with the message:

"Thank you for saving my life. I admire your power with Wind Release. Please help me to protect myself and the village, and teach me this jutsu called Gale Palm." Below this, he signed, "Your loyal Genin, Bar Hyuuga" and the address of Bar's favorite room in the training tower. His official business done, Bar chatted a bit with his on-again, off-again sensei.
