In The Clouds [P,NK]

This was Akira's first time in the Cloud Village, well. It was actually the first time he had been to ANY village that wasn't the Hidden Rock, and needless to say he could really see the differences, the platform like buildings and snaky roads showed much more complexity than the seemingly endless amount of rock in the Rock Village, this place was much more scenic especially with the ocean so close by, he quite liked it.

He looked around, wondering what kind of things people got up to here, was there a bar? Is the food any different? What's the Kage like? Curiosity was taking the black haired 18 year old over. "Whoa..." He uttered to himself in surprise, he still had no idea where to go though, maybe a local could show him around.

Walking along one of Kasumi's favorite paths her mind was elsewhere, her feet carrying her through the familiar area with ease. Her hands were in the back pockets of her dark brown pants, the slight breeze taking her hair up into a wild flurry and dropping it back down on her pale skin. She was so used to this path that she even had her honey colored eyes closed to the world around her, she was completely in tune with the natural surroundings. 

That was the problem, she was to comfortable, to in tune with the natural elements that she ran smack into something, or rather someone? Her eyes flew open and connected to another pair much higher than her own. Another boy... just wandering around, where do they all come from? She backed up from him and gave a slight bow of apology. Looking back up at the boy she gave a friendly smile and with a cheerful voice she offered up her name, "Hey there, sorry for bumping into you, I get kinda lost on my walks I forget other people walk around too! I'm Kasumi Mao, and you are?"

Akira himself was not paying too much attention either, the sheer difference between villages had managed to completely take control of his attention span, he wasn't focusing on what, or rather who was in front of him until he felt a much smaller figure knock against his frame.

Akira was a rather lean but still very well built man, who didn't really flinch much so he paid more attention to see if the girl she bumped into was alright. "Oh, didn't see you there I'm sorry about that." He spoke with an apologetic undertone. She didn't seem to mind though, visibly she was more the cheery kind than anything else. She was fine. "Yeah, I didn't notice either I was just looking around. It's my first time coming here so my eyes were wandering." He explained. "I'm Akira, Akira Shinkou. It's nice to meet you too Kasumi."


"So uh, what else is there to see here?"

Her eyes traveled up the boys figure, and gave a small hmph, once again, much smaller than the person around her. I swear, one day I will seek my revenge on my genes. Giving a small sigh she refocused her thoughts on what he was saying. "First timer to Kumo eh? Oh man, you are missing out on all the mist we have to offer!" she was taking a punch at the fact that most people don't come to kumo for a vacation, at least not that she could tell. 

"You are right though, its easy to get lost in the wild life we have around us. Clearly even if you live here it still affects you." Giving a slight bow she grabbed the boy's hand and started to drag him along the path back the way she had come. "If you are so eager Akira then I will have to show you! First stop the edge of the Black Forest," , throwing a smile back at him, ", it's my favorite place to go actually."
