Mitsui started walking home. Suddenly after 2 of the 15 blocks, a ninja out of breath runs up and tells Mitsui that he will be patrolling the village and that he would be doing this at night. Mitsui looked at a clock and found that the time was about 8 pm and the sun was coming down. Mitsui was really unhappy to have to now go and do some more missions and distract him from his studies. Mitsui hopped onto a roof and was watching seeing if anybody would be doing anything suspicious. Mitsui thought that maybe he could talk to somebody or get a fellow ninja to help him. The clock strikes 10:00 and Mitsui realizes he has to do an all-nighter. Mitsui now is extremely unhappy as he realizes that this village rarely has anything suspicious going on. Mitsui stood on the roof top and saw that there was a higher roof top. Mitsui hopped some more roof tops and managed to climb to the top of that one. Mitsui decided to go down to the coffee shop and buy some coffee. Mitsui used this to stay awake for the next 10 hours. Mitsui became a frequent customer that night since he would need even more coffee as the night passed through.

Mitsui decided to do some pushups and was doing decently until he heard a noise. Mitsui looked and saw that it was some door that broke. Mitsui jumped down to look and found that some people were working on fixing a door and they made a mistake. Mitsui then realized he had a false alarm. Mitsui then saw a shadowy figure who was approaching him. Mitsui then panicked and used the dragon bullets jutsu and suddenly the ninja fell off. Mitsui ran over to look and found that the shadowy figure was a fellow ninja. Mitsui asked him if he was ok. The ninja said he was but that really hurt. Mitsui then was told that everything was fine where he was. Mitsui then looked at his letter and said that he was supposed to go and report to a nearby shinobi and tell them if anything is wrong every once in a while. Mitsui then thought that he would tell the shinobi every 15 minutes. Mitsui then would get a good amount of exercise. Mitsui however found time to go by really slowly. Mitsui would then end up going to the shinobi ever 3 minutes telling him that nothing was wrong as it was. Mitsui would do this for the whole night and after about 2 hours of this, Mitsui was told to quit doing it and only come when he noticed something was wrong. Mitsui looked around for the next half hour when suddenly, he saw some yelling, Mitsui dropped down to see a parent disciplining a kid who was running around insulting people. Mitsui then noticed nothing more for the rest of the night. Mitsui then went back to his apartment to sleep..

Approved for mission rewards, but once again I see no mention of the earth spear jutsu, or specific training of it, and as such I will have to deny the training of that jutsu, sorry for the inconvenience.
