"The sharingan.....it's been some time," she began, turning her gaze to Kira for a moment. She was clearly not comfortable with the conversation given her past, which was to be expected. Still, it was a neccisarry evil in the current situation. "It holds a brilliant power of sight, taking in information more quickly then normal eyes Asside from yours Kira, but it's greatest power is in genjutsu. The sharingan holds terrifying genjutsu capabilities as well as the powerful black flame Amaterasu."

Kira shifted uncomfortably as amber spoke, just hoping the situation would be over soon. Those eyes had tortured her, beaten her, and more then once tried to kill her.

Ah, this was much better. An objective analysis if what thus female knew of the sharingan. This data made it out to look like the sharingan was a doujutsu capable of great combat enhancement. But inherently evil? Nothing, as of yet, seemed to indicate that at all, which made Kozai wonder just how drastic Kiranomo's experience with this eye had been. Regardless, he found the data unsatsfactory, but intriguing. Second hand observations... could lead to first hand ones. 
"From what I have seen, Echo poseeses a pair of sharingan. I have not yet observed as of yet any other effects, or this 'amaterasu' of which you speak... however, if you can provide me with a pair of such eyes and a workable host for them, I am sure that I could acquire significant information. And of course, I could be looking for objects of your interest as well."

"E...Echo..." Kira froze, her eyes growing wide at what Kozai had said. Was it true? No....It couldnt be. There was no way he could bear that curse, right?

   "Kira....calm yourself. " Amber's hand set protectively on the younger girl's shoulder to try and ease the terror all too apparent in her eyes. "We were actually unaware of his eyes. As for a host and set of eyes if I can find some you may implant one in her and do your tests if you so wish. We will cooperate and give you any information needed but if you can gain access to the byakugan....it's the one momento of our family we've not yet been able to gain. " It was true that Kira, and Amber by proxy considered themselves a Hyuuga. They were raised hyuuga, grew up hyuuga and taught the culture of hyuuga society. To gain their visual prowess, along with a taste of the evil that had plaged her for so long would be her ultimate gift.

If he had been alone, Kozai would have burst out with victorious laughter, nut he merely gave an appreciative smile. He had long waited for such a person, and here he had her, standing there. With this, who knows how many discoveries he could make, and what kind of things he could create? And the byakugan... so much the better!
"It's settled then. I shall attempt to find a hyuuga immediately, and will go from there. We should find a way to communicate, and should mark each other for summoning, if at all possible."

"I have a method.....seek out the yukigakure ninja named kiru. He can craft a necklace that will allow us to be in contact no matter how far away we are....for a small price of course" she knew it wasn't the best idea to be giving these out but honestly she could just kill him and take it if it became a problem and he wouldn't be able to intercept messages from people he didn't know owned one.

A price Kozai would probably want to pay. Information exchange was one of the more valuable things a scientist, or even a ninja, could have at his or her disposal. As for this ninja named "Kiru"... well, he would most certainly have to find him, if it hadn't been that boy who had called him from Iwa to this place.
"Very well then. Shall we then mark each other so that meeting can be facilitated in the future? I find kuchiyose no jutsu to be quite useful in that aspect." It was easy to use it to bring people together.

"I'm...... Not sure what that means but uh.... Sure? Oh! And see me tomorow. I have a jutsu I'm sure you'll be very interested in" she would wait for him to do....whatever it is he was talking about it explain it, whichever came first.
