Lights training [closed]

Light had awoke from his sleep. Sitting up Light reached over and picked up the glass o water he kept at his bedside and drank it Light had gotten up to train thismoring but when he looked out side it was raining.
Light frowned because he wanted to spar with someone. Light got out of bed took a shower ate some breakfast and looked around his room. Light smiled.Light took the matress of his bed and grabbed some rope that he used as a cloths line and tied his matressup and hung it on a beam on the roof.
Light jabbedat it and hit it it swayed  so light decided he would train alone. Light visuallized that the matress was a human body and started jabbing the pressure points on the body and the followed with a few kicks to top of the matress.
Light was no longer holding back he had worked his way up to full speed with his jabbs and kicks  and when each one conected with the matress it would swing violantly and Light could hear the beam creaking from the amount of power and speed he was puting on the matress.
Light stoped jabbing and started doing push ups and sit ups and the he  stopped his training and ate some lunchand took a shower. Light looked at the matress again and started jabing his first jab landed right a the base of the neck and collar bone. His second jab lnded on the temple of the matress.
His third jab hit the rib cage his fourth hit the roator cup thus rendering its arm usless. His fith jab hit the other rotator cup as well. Ligh stops unied the matress and put it all back where it belonged.
Light smile and said "Maybe tomorrow it wont be raining and i can find an actually person to spar with." Light closed his eyes and went to sleep.heading towards the door to leave this relam and head to grab a bite to eat and then hit the showers then fill up his glass of water and sit it on his night stand and the lay down on his bed and drift off to sleep only to awaken tomorrow and repeat this process.
