Training {P, Closed}

Ashie stretches out her arms and legs looking around the training grounds it seems there are a lot older ninja's training. "I can't wait until I'm old enough to be as strong as them!" She sighs and decides to work on her speed and stamina today. It's not her best, but she needs to get stronger to rival her mean older brother. It was nice and warm outside, perfect weather for jogging.

"Okay Ashie, don't mess this up." She told herself as she went into a light jogging putting one foot in front of the other at a slow pace. Working around the track clock-wise as soon as Ashie made her first lap she picked up her speed. Her feet hitting the ground a little harder as the opposite foot propels her ahead.

Already Ashie had begun to pant lightly as she finishes her second lap going into a slow run breathing in through her nose and out through her mouth. To make this easier on her mind she tries to count her steps until she hits ten and starts all over again. Finishing that lap she breaks into a full sprint her feet she can no longer count for a soon as she counts her opposite foot is already stepping down and pushing forward.

She's panting now as she continues sprinting her chest rising and falling with her quick and heavy breaths. The muscles in her legs burn starting from the calf all the way up to the thigh. She pushes herself through the third and eventually starts to slow down through the fourth.

Ashie finishing her fourth lap can feel sweat beading down her forehead and down the side of her face. She starts to slow down into a run and about half way through the fourth lap she slows into a fast jog and as she finishes the fifth lap she is walking toward her bottle of water and twists open the cap to drink the refreshing liquid. Finishing her drink she gasps for much needed air as she takes a seat wiping her forehead with her free arm.

"That was a good run, I think." She breathes in and out contently as her body cools off and she picks herself and her bag up before tossing on her cat eared had, heading home fore a much needed shower she grins at her effort put into today.
