New eyes (private/NK)

Den looked over the decayed bodies of his country men, the two boys that had died when Kiri had been destroyed. He placed his hands on one of the decayed bodies, one that had a bandage over his eye. Den had managed to figure out already that an eye had been there, but it was so decayed he hadn’t been able to see if it was a doujutsu or not.

Using his new technique, Den began restoring the entire body. After a few moments, the entire body was healed. Looking at the eye once more, he was more than a little surprised to not only see a Sharingan, but one with 3 tomoes. Carefully, he would remove the eye from the corpse, using the tools that were created in Sanctuary for his lab.

After removing the eye, he placed it in fluid while he went about the next part of the procedure. Picking up a syringe containing the blood of the Uchiha whose body Takehiko had found, Den used his medical abilities to create a serum that would allow him to transfer the bloodline of the Uchiha to himself, also allowing him to master this Sharingan.

He injected himself with the serum, feeling his own DNA slowly become altered. Now it was time for the surgery. Toma appeared next to him, he was all ready to go. He cleaned the eye off, and then used medicine to knock Den unconscious while he performed the surgery.

Den awoke shortly after the procedure was done, it was a success, and everything went as planned. He felt the bandages around his head, covering his right eye. It would be awhile before his body accepted the DNA and even longer for the eye, but it would be worth it. Maybe he would go visit Min after this, while they were waiting for their eyes to heal.

Den would perform a similar procedure on the body of the Hyuuga, and would implant one of the eyes into Toma. He’d also take some of the restored blood and create a second serum, injecting it into Toma to give him Hyuuga DNA. He too, would have bandages wrapped around his right eye, which was now a Byakugan eye.

Den thought about giving the second byakugan to Takehiko, but didn’t think he would want it. He wasn’t really interested in that sort of thing. So, instead of giving him the eye he put it in a container, hopefully he’d find someone who would need it, perhaps one of his Genin. He cleaned his syringes, and stored the bodies. Luckily he could simply restore them again if he needed to, so he didn’t worry about their cells decaying.

Takehiko was currently with Min, so they would both head towards the room she was staying in, a small hospital room that would be incredibly comfortable. It would be fairly close to the lab that they had just exited, and would take them almost no time at all to reach her and Takehiko.
