Okichi would walk, about a mile from his cave. He had been bored. He wandered, looking for something to do. He jumped up, into the branches of the tree that had surrounded him. Landing on the branch, third closest to the ground, he bent his legs and dashed forward, leaping across the gaps between the branches to get to the other one.


{SHORT}

Raito had been wondering through the lands and had somehow came by the borders, Raito was wearing his normal demon armor and he had the empty skies on both his hips, he had been away from the village, the jounin began his way towards the middle of the area at the horizon point and saw the sun setting in front of him, he shielded his eyes as he looked around to see if anyone was around, his dark blue hair was now seen as dark blue as the sun was shining against it while it was setting, he then stood and waited for someone to arrive and maybe just maybe they would spar with him.

As Konoha lands were now under ANBU lockdown, Navi was inspecting the edge of each border on the Leaf to make sure all loose ends were taken care of. He was on edge, flying 120 meters over the land with his Raven Style and scanning the land with his activated Navagan.

Okichi bends his legs backwards, breaking them with a poorly executed dash and then fall out of the 50 meter high tree painfully, causing him to fall unconscious.

Navi saw him clearly over the border, and deep in Leaf Village territory. He recognized the man from the ANBU criminal files, a C-ranked rogue who is marked for death. While still hovering high in the air, he blew a Great Blaze Ball at the man, the fireball sailing towards the helpless man in order to instantly cremate him. Just before the fireball would impact its target, Navi took note of another man that he didn't recognize. The other man would undoubtedly be incinerated in the blast zone as the fireball detonated, but Navi remained relaxed as it was most likely just another missing ninja.

The ANBU had almost every inch of this land on lockdown, so any other people in this area were almost certainly missing ninja or bandits.

Should everything go according to his motions the inevitable cremation of both of his targets is the cause of their death unless other factors intervene. Navi swoops down with his wings and gathers up the piles of ash from both men, preparing to bring it back to the Hokage for later.

[48 hours Calling hit, waiting for the 7-tails to spawn)]

With the cremation of the missing ninja out of the way, Navi turns to the man a bit further away, deactivating his Raven Style for the moment to walk over to the one who had been collateral damage. As Navi approached he would survey the damage that had occurred to the corpse upon impact of the fireball. The body was gruesome, and much of the flesh seemed be either charred or ash. Navi knelt next to it, surprised that he didn't recognize this man from any of the ANBU watch files. Still, he must have seen him somewhere before...

Navi rooted through the mildly sizzling remains of the barely recognizable bag of meat in front of him. The armor had acted as a shell to keep the belongings and weapons relatively unharmed... shame that the man's skin wasn't made out of the same stuff.

Navi plunged his hands into the bag of meat and felt around for any clues on who this man was. First he pulled out a lump some of 1015 ryo from a pocket that had been well protected behind the armor. After putting these findings away and feeling around some more, he felt a chunk of metal. Upon pulling it out to observe the fragment of a headband would appear in his hand, an insignia of the leaf village branded clearly on it.

His heart sank and Navi leapt up and stepped backwards a couple times, his breathing escalating. His mind raced as his Navagan eyes fell upon the remains of the man he just killed. The metal fragment of the leaf village insignia fell from his hand...

The Navagan eyes would see the ominous and intense chakra that resided within the man, signaling to Navi that this was a Jinchuriki, one that he recognized and knew personally. A moment later his mind would recall the name, causing his eyes to grow wide.

Malice, Hatred, the most notable traits of the demons that inhabit this realm, this is what is destined to fill this area.
The corpse pulses softly, gradually it grows stronger, malice strong enough to cause any lower ranked ninja run in fear radiates from the corpse, crimson wisps emerge from the body before the corpse glows a matching shade.
The earth rumbles below the corpse, the stomach glows a deep crimson for but a moment, a pillar of crimson bursts forth shooting high in to the sky seemingly piercing the heavens.

The clouds grow dark, the winds turn fierce, the earth rumbles softly, from the deep crimson pillar six yellow "Wings" emerge, each with an orange tip positioned on each side of the pillar.
A shrill call, the beast roars as the raw force disperses the entirety of the pillar sending a raw chakra bombardment along with the shock waves to assault the surrounding area for 100 meters.
It is in the sky it flies, the six wing like formations flapping softly whilst a green tail flows below it, the insect body of the beast now visible resembling that of a rhinoceros beetle.

It remains stationary for the moment, the beast contemplating what to do, it is finally free of its host, its power surging due to its release, the body of its host lies below it in the aforementioned state.

Navi stood in awe as the Bijuu seemed to emerge from the man, his heart racing and mind struggling to comprehend what to do. For a moment he could only watch as the raw power of a demon stemmed from the dead body of his friend. So many of his comrades had died in the past, and the Yamaki Clan had all but perished because he hadn't been strong enough to save it. Now he had just killed his clan leader, and one of the last surviving members of his clan. For a moment there would be silence, and his mind would clear completely...

But then the calm would shatter.

A look of intense fury appeared on Navi's face as he looked up defiantly at the forming of the ominous demon. The boy would clap his hands together, and with a fearsome shout he would scream at the sky.

"RAVEN STYLE: AZRAEL!" (Angel of Death)

The ground would begin to shake violently around him and the air around him would briefly screech from the amount of energy coming from him. An ominous black chakra would form and glow around his right hand, and a pair of silvery angelic wings would sprout from his back. Navi would now have evolved to almost literally take the form of a divine angel, shining an aura of such unbelievable and glorious power it would overwhelm the senses and cause even experienced ninja to feel the need to run away in fear. Upon the emergence of his Kekkei Genkai Navi would activate his signature Legendary Agility, causing several lightning pulses to shoot through his muscles and give him the potential to utilize an unbelievable amount of speed.

The angel's wings would fold around the boy, shielding him from the shockwave of chakra in an equally incredible display of power. Upon the fade of the echoing screech, Navi would take flight, his angelic wings spreading out as he shot into the air. Bearing the feelings of sheer hatred and rage, Navi chose to lunge straight for the head of the beast. His right hand was outstretched in front of him and clenched in a fist, glowing with the black chakra and emanating raw power. With a reckless cry of fury he would slam this fist into the beast's face, this movement occurring in a blur of speed far faster then his target would be able to react. If all events lead up to perfection, the beast would go flailing backwards, knocking out its senses with a powerful and disorienting blow.

Navi hovered across from the colossal beast with gritted teeth, his Navagan eyes glowing with both fists still clenched tightly. An unquenchable feeling of rage was boiling over inside him, and this seven-tailed demon would endure the wrath of an angel.

Stating "I'll be inactive/gone" does not mean that the 48 hour rule doesn't apply to you. (If you state an amount of time then you are given that grace period, but this doesn't last for infinity if you straight up don't really RP or leave the site.)

Also, you never stated how close you were, and you do not get to manipulate details after you have died -_-

When you say "Goodbye all", and give little indication of whether or not you'll be back or when, that doesn't put every topic on hold indefinitely. Inactive players are actually removed and sometimes killed, especially if they are holding a Bjuu or Limited Tech/Clan spot (because if wouldn't be fair if they just kept everyone from using it and never RPed). None of this matters though because I waited 48 hours and called the hit regardless.

Okay here's your real argument, you're claiming that you guys were super far apart. It doesn't say in your post or Kino's anything about a desert, and right now you're trying to claim details that weren't stated to save yourself from a death that's already happened. I claimed the detail in my post saying that you were still within range of the blast (the blast being absolutely massive) and since nobody stopped me the hit was confirmed.

I can have someone review this if you'd like, but I honestly don't see much of an argument for you here.
