Appearance: A dagger with 30cm long straight blade and 7cm long hilt with mysterious hieroglyphics written on it that will glow in blue when infused with chakra. The blade comes with a sheath that possesses 100 health. The sheath does not possess any special traits or properties and serves only to house and hold the user's weapon.
Backstory: To bring world peace, power was an absolute necessity. Rudra lacked in certain elements and being a cautious person, he wanted a weapon that could bring forth the powers of himself or others when in need. Thanks to his relentlessness, this weapon was made possible.

The dagger is inscribed with an ancient writing that allows the blade to store any basic elemental technique (excluding AE Elements/Technique) of A-Rank and below via Chakra Infusion. Storing an elemental technique requires 10 AP but to release the stored technique, it requires double the amount of AP of that technique. The preparation of the chakra infusion with the technique and the execution of the technique can only last a single topic. The dagger cannot store techniques that are enhancers, debuffs or barrier types.

Hey-o I’ll be grading this application, there are some things that will need be changed to make this work.

As we already have a weapon with a similar trait I’m going to have to ask for some similar drawbacks to help keep this item balanced as best we can.

I would like to see that it can’t store AE elements/techniques and that it only lasts for a single topic. This is to keep from people purchasing a multitude of the item and storing an immense amount of techs/elements to spam all at once.
