Kintsugi First missions

Reo didn't follow Akaime as he left the group, instead deciding to stay with his father and cousin. In spite of having his guard up the entire journey to the merchant, the source of their next mission, was free of any complications. Still unaware of what the missions were he did his best to look intimidating, sure that would help his father in his negotiations. Whenever the merchant's eyes would land on him he would bare his teeth fiercely and scrunch his nose tightly against his face. His senbon still palmed in preparation from earlier, he pulled them out of his jacket enough to glint dangerously. However, he failed to realize that as a child that was probably the most dangerous thing about his appearance, his 'fierce' expression paired with his cherry blossom hair and button nose made him look more endearing than anything else. But as the package was passed over and they began to leave he congratulated himself for a job well done, sure that his 'intimidating' performance had tipped the scales in their favour.

It was as they left that Akaime reappeared and joined the group. Reo skipped over to him and grabbed his hand, happy to skip on to their next destination with his brother. However, on touching his hand he received a small shock. It was then that he noticed something was off about his big bro, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. He wondered what he had gotten up to while he was away from him. He hoped it hadn't been anything too fun!

But these thoughts quickly left him as they swiftly approached their next destination. He was not thrilled by their new task. Father quickly set up buildings, and Akaime was almost as quick, both displayed their talents broadly and caused Reo to pout. In fact, his pout grew and grew with each technique they revealed. He was a kid! How was he supposed to keep up with them??? Light bulb! With a huge grin, Reo picked out a big man passing nearby and flashed his hands through a variety of handseals before executing his technique. Before he knew it his whole perspective had changed. Was this what it was like to be a big boy? Everyone seemed so small!

New Body:

Grinning widely and with such naivety that his smile was a strange look on the face of a grown man. He ran over to his family. "Look, look, everyone! I'm big now! Look what I can do!"

With that, he grabbed Akaime and lifted him a few feet off the ground. He spun his brother around with him and laughed. they twirled and twirled until he began to get dizzy and then he set him down before falling on his butt. "Ugh... I don't feel so good."

He then turned over and threw up. "Oopsies..." He said softly as he wiped his foreign adult mouth. He blushed a little as he looked at his family but then hopped up and ran towards the building he was working on. Grinning all the while, he helped begin to hammer some boards together rather poorly before he was redirected into grabbing and placing supplies. They were done fairly quickly, but almost contrary to his own efforts. He frowned sadly as the construction ended, realizing his fun was over. He released his technique and found himself on the ground nearby. As he got up the man he had controlled ran past him, screaming something about witchcraft as he went.

Unphased, Reo skipped back over to his family. "See! I'm a good boy! I can do soooooo many things. What game do you want to play next?"

Alister thoughts were a mix of bemusement and confusion as well he had met plenty of people, Although through his gestures of kindness and more automatic methology as the group emerged towards a foundation, perhaps it was the comming of hands being joined and establishmemts of ecomerce, solid foundations, and the budding of clear heirarchy.

But on a glance and the sobbing wives and even thoes running to offer the scraps as a decent meal to a hardworking husbsnd, son, or otherwise pair. Women were aplenty speaking quickly and some better off while others especially the saddend widows were not far from death itself. The head of the group was busy doing alot of affirmative actions, like sending off a clone to run off supplies. Alister admitted it was good thatkakushin was being viberant to say the least.

he thought as his glance towards akame had them handling some unfortunate buisness in the alley way, but now the ground shook a bit as his attention turned away from the more powerful of the group and reo who had decided to transform into a more "aporopriate" form for the occasion. A segment of wood sprouted up as alister merely reached for a hammer and waved to several men to come along with him to clear some rocks offering a few women greiving over the fallen men and a particular woman gazing aghast at the allyway as the boy skame was unfortuniatly dealing with was struck down.

"with me ma'am i will bury him"

alister softly with a blank expression with his free hand wrapped his arm around the womans waist and took her with him as she let out the wail many let out, it wad on deaf ears to alister he has seen this before but knew too well the woman was delirious with greif as a young voice echoes from the alley way. He spoke softly in her ear looking in her tear stained eyes and spoke in usion.

mother... Im cold, something sharp flashed, I am cold. The bad man struck... I did not know I was angry. I do not hear your voice... I-I sm scared... I...I only wanted to make papa proud mother... I cannot open my eyes. I felt the warm liquid leave me But i feel nothing... Help me mama.

Alister stopped as the woman wailed and collapsed in his arms causing him to drop the hammer a couple inches to him and now began consouling. The woman and thankfully akame was now up from the area and the boys body unfortumiatly to his knowledge was a price to comstructiom like bridges made from the bones and blood the the hardest workers. The alldy way was blocked off from access and alister noted the wodden buildings as the woman had passed out from the sight. He did not know that akame moved it to a dimension so assumed as a loss in construction.

one of the few times I will say it was good she lost conciousness and well I do not want to show her her sons fate being near me but I will give the usual.

The good news since she was unconciou it was easy to gesture to a few young men looking gruff out of the workers and well now out of work to simply come to him.

"give her wine plenty of it and what you can spare at that her son was well struck by a rock a bit back before the wooden buildings appeared.. A tragedy of course but yes she fainted the poor thing. Tell her to meet me the green cloak man when she regains conciousness for I am a preist."

easy enough to explain off faith by disjointing a few phrases from the pact eternal to convince otherwise.But Thankfully they moved quick and hoisted the girl up and carried her to the barracks speaking thst a woman has fainted and lost her son amid construction.

Alister glanced up at the two standing on top of the buildimg and although there was no emotion shown it was a bone to pick he now had another funeral to prepare for thanks to the thoughtless action.

was it disdane? no Alister tried to keep his nature more apparent the cost of others was much more efficent to the speedy at play,and less valueble to them all the same. It only added more greif if things were done as such. But breif was the glance no malice just a blank noting look as he picked up the hammer and brushes it off heading towards the quarry and doing a bit of stone work for a bit.

After a bit and several large boulders broken down and shaped as supporting foundations for the new woodem structures Alister took note of the man before the now repurposed men applying paste and masses of mud to the blocks of stome. The foumdations of walls as to block the elements.

"for the lost here well i will offer my services later once a small convoy is guided. It was not easy I can tell But I know some deliverance of faith will help many in the moments of your area growing. After all if wives lost sons and husbands their childrem helping. At least I can offer a moment to bless thoes beyond."

Alister dropped a small parchment so to offer the head of opperations a small choice there and alone he headed to the top of the building out of earshot of commoners.

"be careful you two common folk with honest work or not are the many."

he spoke only to the matter and glanced the group over.

"now the convoy i wonder if that supplies will help these people? "

With everyone finishing in their own way, and shape, the work needed to be done at the construction site, there was only 1 task and its following event to finish. Kakushin had prior to this day, been contacted by a group of contractors, builders too, who didnt receive the most paying contract of the hamlet expension, the temple, the largest building to build, and therefore, the most paying project. It was none other than the sakura Corps who succeeded in this endeavor, and in their frustration, they kidnaped a foreman of the sakura corps, trying to make him talk on when the supplies for the construction will be arriving, to sabotage the whole operation and force the hand of the village to give them the contract. 

In their dire need of strong arms and hardened criminals, they had in mind to hire Kintsugi, a thing that Kakushin sold them as a good move. In truth, even if he sees himself as beyond morals, Kakushin is able to see that respecting it sometimes, and the vague, weird concept of 'honor', often help manipulate people, as their idolation is soon transformed into blind trust in good judgments of their local heroes. 

With this in mind, and twisted sense of wanting to appear as the just, the good, and the kind, Kakushin decided to play the little game of the greedy contractors. But at the last moment, he wanted to free the foreman, defeat the others, and make sure the shipment arrive in good shape. Of course, this would mean a lot to the villagers, as they would be able to continue their construction project of expanding the place without obligating the greedy contractor, charging more than Sakura Corps for the same job.

As the Senju walked the main street with the rest of the present members of Kintsugi toward the warehouse with the hostage, Kakushin shared his plan.

''For this mission we have been tasked by corrupt constructors to squeeze information out of an hostage, and to then raid the carriage of supplies, based on the information of where it is that their hostage will give us. But, I dont want to do that. I want the people of this place to adore us, to point in the opposite direction if anyone ask where we went, because they love us. And for that, I plan to use a weapon most often forgot. Honesty, and truth. We will free the foreman, kill the corrupt contractors, and help the sakura convoy to reach the site safe and sound. Let it be known across all the hamlet that, their wellbeing is in ours hands, and let the rats hidding in dirty holes of lies and greed that we will spare the rod.'' said Kakushin to his family, not caring if he was being subtle or not.

As they reached the warehouse and entered, the mans surounding the hostage were clearly tense. All five of them around the chair, uppon wich was sitting all tied up a sweating man. 

''I am Kakushin. You hire me and my family for your... business.'' Said the tall senju, looking with disgust at their behavior. 

''Aye! We've been trying to squeeze answers out of him for the past 2 days! NOTHING! I heard your experts... Please make him talk! Make him say the route the convoy will take so we can destroy it!'' replied the contractor who hired Kakushin. Little did he know, he was about to be betrayed.

''Well here we are. Akame, Alister, Reo. You all know what to do.'' Replied Kakushin calmly, betraying the contractors who took an hostage. As he was sure the rest of his comrades would act fast at the signal and attack the contractors, Kakushin began to weaves handsigns, and at the end brough forth wooden roots rising from the ground, twisting and twirling around the contractors, piercing their flesh and maiming them like spiked chains shredding into them as it coils. While the roots attacked in his place and the group were fighting too, Kakushin untied the man from the chair, and made him run away outside while his captors where busy to fight to survive. After a short while, the room was all quiet again, bodies of the contractors on the floor, all massacred by the group, who in their toroughness left no witnesses. Before leaving, Kakushin dragged the bodies of the corrupts individuals, and with the help of his wooden ninjutsu, rose up high their corpses, displaying them like they were hanged from a large tree for the whole village to see, giving a vivid exemple of the treatment reserved to corrupt individuals.

After leaving the building and going away in the outskirts of the hamlet to rejoin with the freed Sakura corps foreman, Kakushin made sure everyone was still following, and left without leaving a trace of their actions. No one could tell it was them, as they left no proofs. Now in the outskirts, the group regrouped to discuss the help of the Sakura corps foreman, and the escort of the supply caravan.

‘What man dares pick me up and twirl me around like I’m some child!’ Akaime screamed in his mind as muscular arms surrounded his body, picking him up off the ground and swirling him around. He didn’t know who this individual was, and he cared even less. Akaime was on the verge of striking this man straight through the chest in front of all the workers. But that wouldn’t be a good idea, would it? No, it wouldn’t. Akaime had reel his emotions back in to finally understand who this individual was.

Well, to his dismay. He did not know who this person was until he finally let go of the Chinoike, falling to the ground, and proceeding to vomit. It was Reo replacing his consciousness with someone else's. Akaime was unfamiliar with the technique, but he knew that a clan that hailed from Konoha was extremely versatile when it came to these sorts of techniques. Perhaps, Reo could later on allow Akaime to study and get a grasp on what kind of technique this was. It could be something worthwhile to study. Although, that will have to be at a later time.

“Reo, I was about to put a chidori through your chest. Try not to catch me off guard like that again,” Akaime chuckled as bent down to rub the shoulder of the new Reo. After that, it was time to work.

In a swirl of minor events, the group has now found themselves heading into the direction of the warehouse. A simple task has to be done there. Kill the contactors, save the foreman, and help the sakura corps arrive at their destination safely. All in all, it should be an easy quest for their rag-tag team of misfits. Although, there is that sneaky suspicion that things will not go their way at all. Call Akaime pessimist all you want, but that feeling has saved his life a handful of times.

Arriving at the establishment, Akaime quickly followed in behind Kakushin. Gazing around the area, he quickly took note of everything, and everyone placed inside as Kakushin announced their arrival. Nothing out of the ordinary so far besides the hostage sweating bullets while being tied to a chair. He appears to not have suffered any wounds or lacerations. That was good. However, that could not be said about the ones that have done this misfortune to the man.

Once Kakushin gave the orders, the path of events followed shortly and predictably. Forming hand signs alongside his father, Akaime clasped his hands together as they began to be enveloped in a sparkling, light blue aura. The blonde could see his father’s jutsu come forth from the earth, puncturing and mutilating several of the kidnappers. It was interesting to watch only because of how kind he was but yet dark, merciless, and sinister he could be. It was a beautiful sight to his even better complex personality. Although Akaime could stare in awe, he still had a job to do.

Extending his arms out, Akaime projected several beams of storm release chakra that ebbed and flowed within each other while simultaneously moving around Kakushin and the others in a spectacular fashion, heading towards their intended targets. Twelve laser-like beams twisted around the area, each hitting one of the corrupted men. Some felt two beams, while others felt three. Being attacked by the jutsu at full force, repelled the men backwards. Although, the couple that had the wood shredding jutsu still applied to them would find their limbs completely ripped off. Shrieks and cries could be heard over the humming of the jutsu as those that lost their legs fell to the floor in a pool of their own saturating blood.

The men that lost their legs would soon die from blood loss, but the others were still fair game. While Akaime could put them out of their misery, he was sure he didn’t want to take away the fun that Alister and Reo could have. Leaving them at the mercy of the grim reaper and the troubled child, Akaime soon found his way out of the building to see the once captured man standing near the building, still recovering from the ordeal he had just gone through. Akaime could offer some kind words to ease his mind, or even wipe his memory of the events that transpired; but something like this had to be remembered.

Soon, the murder event that took place was done. The group reconvened with each other and settled out to take the man back to the Sakura Corps, which they would happily help guide them to their destination.

No one answered his question immediately so Reo settled in with a slight pout and followed the group until Father decided to direct them towards their next game. As he explained the mission Reo put his hand in his pockets and palmed five senbon. The rest of the group was significantly stronger than him and he knew they would use techniques that eliminated the majority of the construction workers. So his job was to keep any who avoided their immediate demise off of his beloved family. He was sure his five senbon would be enough. He had good aim and a single one to the throat should be enough to distract their opponents until they were mowed down by his teammates.

After they arrived at the hideout everything went as Reo expected. The few workers who avoided death he kept back with some well placed senbon shots to the throat. Once everyone lay dead he retrieved his senbon quietly to avoid any trace of his presence being left behind. Father had been very strict on that matter. As they set back out Reo realized this was their last game of the day so he decided it was time to relent and apologize to his big brother.

With a slight pout, he turned to Akaime and said, "I'm sorry for scaring you earlier... I just wanted to show you all some of the tricks I know! I'm special too and won't ever let you down. I pinky swear!"

With that said he held out his pinky for his brother to take or not. And on that note, they returned to the caravan and their missions for the day came to a close.

With the job well done again, Kakushin led the rest of his family away from the crime scene, liberating the foreman for the Sakura Corps and clearing their whole name of all the reports of what happened in the village, a simple yet effective plan for keeping their presence a mystery, only known to the citizens who saw them build houses, creating a sort of mystical legend of travelers without a bad reputation. As the foreman thanked them and returned into his family, Kakushin himself wanted to thank too his own family for their hard work and good results, having the exact expected results. 

''I am trully gratefull my beloved family of your continual service and devotion. Today was a good day of work. Come now, lets rest, eat and enjoy our hard earned ryo.'' Said the fabricated Senju, happy and smiling.

Alister followedcthe group as mismatched they were with their numerous personalities they were, intruiging to say the least. The final streach of their rather busy day was upon them with the calling of well the merchants as the violence ensured it was wise to generally silence the supply.

alister thought with a twinge of dissappointment linguring within his mind as the payment was well for the moment, but the supplies was at its best to be a vover up. The group moved swiftly with each taking the role to easily dispatch the group which was well,While reo, akamie, and kasukina proceeded their roles.

Alister in the meantime slipped to get to work on the cart with it needing to look inconspicuious to the casual observer, While the rest went to work eliminating the last of the workers via their assault,Alister took out the horses and sent the goods slipping down the nearby hill with a spook or 2 which sent the horses into overdrive when an unearthly woman appeared from a portal he created after weaving a few seals, and revealing only a taste of his power as a yamaguchi. The screecher a dreaded dead woman of flesh leaning off the bone, and maggots squirming from the eyes. She had a story which alister resonated as it was tragic as the inevitable flash of her story flew through his mind.


A girl once to be a maid, from honest family and pure of innocence was taken with a heavy pillow and an unspeakable familar warmth of the hands of a former crush, gone mad with the lust, however although her muffled screams beneath the pillow, She screamed even still as she lost breath and the darkness overcame her mind. only to awaken heavy dirt on her flesh and air vanishing as her mouth filled with an earthy grain and she found she could neither see nor breath as her final meal amid the grimy dirt was the very thing she choked on,The earth in which she fruiitlessly struggled under, by a solid 6 feet. A hammer could be heard as her last sounds, as little did she know, the assalint of night enacted a house over her final resting place

Alister thought as he headed off as the empty socketed creature realeased as small wheeze as if a simple "yes" and its jaw fell open virbirating its former neck muscles and an eerie sound released filling the area in an unatural roar. The being releasing a horrid scream which the horses went off a nearby cliff where the horses well died on impact and the goods washed away.

Which upon conclusion the being faded into the portal once more Which had the man silently walk back to the corrupt foreman to grab their payment. A sack of money and now a visit to the tavern for a meal to enjoy silence as Alister prepared his sermon for the lost ones amid the construction.
