Otoko woke up early, the sun just starting to rise over the rooftops of Hoshigakure village. He had an appointment with the village doctor, and he wanted to make sure he was there on time. As a shinobi, he knew that keeping on top of his own health was a crucial responsibility to the village even if he preferred not going to the doctor. Otoko’s parents were both medical ninjas and whenever he was in a doctor's office he was always reminded of them. But what was he supposed to do, never go to another doctor ever again? That would be ridiculous, Otoko would need to get over his worries and just get into the habit of it now. He got dressed quickly, throwing on his standard garb that he wore every day, and set out for the clinic. Before taking his direct route to the clinic Otoko branched off and headed to the nearby coffee shop first for a quick breakfast and some water. While he wanted his morning coffee, he figured it would be best to wait until after his appointment to ensure his heart rate wasn’t racing for the doctor visit. He grabbed a muffin and bottled water and then proceeded on to the doctor's office.

The clinic was located in the heart of the village, a small building with a sign hanging above the door that read "Hoshigakure Medical Clinic". Otoko pushed open the door and stepped inside, taking in the smell of antiseptic and the sound of hushed voices coming from behind closed doors. He approached the receptionist's desk and gave his name. The receptionist, a middle-aged woman with kind eyes and a warm smile, looked up from her computer screen and greeted him. "Ah, Otoko-san. Your appointment is in ten minutes. Please have a seat and the doctor will be with you shortly." Otoko nodded and took a seat in the waiting room. He glanced around the room, taking in the other patients waiting to be seen. There was a young boy with a bandage on his knee, an older woman clutching a tissue to her nose, and a man with a cough that sounded like it had been lingering for weeks. As he waited, Otoko's mind drifted to the reason for his appointment. He had been feeling a bit off lately, with a constant ache in his right shoulder and a persistent headache that wouldn't go away. He had tried to ignore it, but as a shinobi, he knew that ignoring his health could have serious consequences.

After a few minutes, the door to the doctor's office opened and a tall, thin man stepped out. He had graying hair and a serious expression on his face, but his eyes sparkled with kindness. "Otoko-san?" he said, looking at the clipboard in his hand. "Please come with me." Otoko stood up and followed the doctor into the exam room. The room was small but clean, with a bed in the center and various medical instruments scattered around the room. The doctor motioned for Otoko to sit on the bed and began his examination. He took Otoko's blood pressure, checked his heart rate, and listened to his lungs. He asked questions about his diet, his exercise routine, and his sleep patterns. Otoko answered truthfully, knowing that any information he withheld could have serious consequences. The doctor then began a more thorough examination of Otoko's shoulder, pressing and prodding the area to determine the source of his pain. "It looks like you have some inflammation in your shoulder joint," the doctor said, "but it's nothing serious. I'll prescribe some anti-inflammatory medication and suggest some exercises to help strengthen the area."

As the examination continued, Otoko began to relax. He knew that he was in good hands and that the doctor was doing everything he could to ensure that he was healthy. He felt grateful for the medical care provided by the village, knowing that not all shinobi had access to such quality care. After the examination was finished, the doctor gave Otoko a few prescriptions and some advice on how to stay healthy. He told him to get enough sleep, eat a balanced diet, and make sure to exercise regularly. He also reminded him of the importance of keeping up with regular checkups and screenings. As Otoko left the clinic, he felt a sense of relief. He knew that he was taking responsibility for his own health, but he also knew that he had the support of the village behind him. He walked back to his home, feeling grateful for the medical care provided by Hoshigakure village and the skilled doctors who worked there.

Over the next few weeks, Otoko followed the doctor's advice, taking his medication and doing the prescribed exercises to strengthen his shoulder. He also made sure to get enough rest, eat healthy foods, and stay active by practicing his ninja skills and taking long walks around the village. As time went on, Otoko began to notice a significant improvement in his overall health. His shoulder pain subsided, his headaches became less frequent, and he had more energy throughout the day. He realized that by taking responsibility for his own health and seeking medical care when he needed it, he was able to improve his quality of life and fulfill his duties as a shinobi to the best of his abilities. Otoko continued to schedule regular checkups with the village doctor, knowing that prevention was just as important as treatment. He also shared his newfound knowledge and commitment to health with his fellow shinobi, encouraging them to prioritize their own well-being and seek medical care when necessary. As he looked back on his experience at the clinic, Otoko felt grateful for the skilled doctors who worked there and the resources available to the village. He realized that by taking care of himself, he was not only fulfilling his responsibilities to the village, but also setting an example for his fellow shinobi and contributing to the overall strength and well-being of Hoshigakure village.
