Saturn had a smug grin on his face as he caught the wad of cash with a swiping hand. He did not feel a need to count the bills. To him, it was more about winning the wager itself rather than getting the amount. Yet it made him happy to oblige. "Two times zero is still zero." He retorted, pocketing the money. He respected the visitor for being a man of his word. Although he had some advantages, his guess was still a lucky hit after all. His warm and fuzzy mood would be interrupted by the higher ranking officer who inserted himself into the conversation. Before he could respond, the visitor said exactly what he himself was going to say. "That's right, no problems here, officer!" He chuckled, looking over at the towering yellow man. He was used to seeing giants in the Hidden Cloud, and his appearance only slightly baffled him.

"Something funny, E.U.? That's officer friendly, innit?"

He took out a notepad where he was writing down the details of visitors before double checking with the official record book in his booth behind him. Katsuragi... to visit old prison cell mate.... He used mass shift to snatch the record book by telekinesis, holding the open book in front of the visitor along with a pen.

"Sign in the box, sir. You must agree to the terms and conditions." He proceeded with the procedure,

"There's something I forgot to mention earlier. I think it was kinda important. What was it... Ah, that's right! You will need the Raikage's permission to leave the village later should you so desire."

Gin observed the monetary exchange on approach. Nodding to himself a couple of times as the duo continued their exchange. Pivoting, he made his way back towards the gate and with his movement, service resumed. As he made his way back, he instructed the Watch Supervisor to redirect visitors intended for Saturn to other guards with an instruction discreetly delivered to the Genin upon the conclusion of his current exchange informing him that he was relieved of his duty at the gate.

Breaking away into a hut, Gin penned his observations into a letter intended for the Raikage. While Gin outranked the young man and could act, he still had to consider the optics of the situation. Challenging another operative out in the open wouldn’t bode well in the grand scheme of things.

The letter to the Raikage would state the following –

Gin Akimichi wrote:“9th December –
Lord Raikage,
Hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of a disturbing set of events that I observed while overseeing the Gate Guards this morning. A Genin by the moniker of Saturn was charging an entrance fee to a visitor.

I observed the subsequent monetary exchange first-hand. As it is my first time encountering this situation, I write to seek your wisdom in deciding how to proceed.

The operative has been relieved from gate duty with immediate effect.

I look forward to being blessed by your eternal wisdom.

Gin Akimichi”

The letter was later delivered to the Raikages chambers where his assistant would distribute it into the lords daily mail.

After all had taken placd, all that was left was for Katsuragi to sign the document. His eyebrows rose upon seeing the notebook and pen gravitate towards him. It was a neat little trick, he admitted. It reached him right after the giant left the group. He couldn’t wait to see what else the great village of the clouds had to offer.

Reaching for the pen, grasping it with care, he carefully signs it with a capital K along with three hovering dots above the letter; the middle dot was slighly higher than the other two. “Yeah yeah, I got it! Im on the clock! I gotta get there before the visiting hours end, Lucky”, he saunters on towards the now open gates in a hurry. He leaves before getting the last bit of information provided by, Lucky.

Saturn raised his brow and eyed the fat guard suspiciously as he disappeared into a hut, then proceeded to allow Katsuragi to sign on the record.

"Good luck with your endeavours, and stay out of trouble."

He would tell the visitor and allow him to pass and enter. It was time for him to sign off, and he would nod to the next guard on duty and disappear into a hut of his own to pack his things before taking his leave.
