Arriving in the borders

Sailing through the oceans of Kirigakure, Kizmaru was having a rather pleasant time. He didn't have the luxury of sailing on a large cruise ship anymore since he was no longer acting Kage but this was more up his alley anyway. Leaving his cabin, he went to the deck of the ship in order to see how long it would take to make it to Kumo's port. He hadn't felt this much excitement in a very long time especially since it involved studying and what not. Normally, Kizmaru disliked studying but coupled with being able to go to a new and foreign land, his dislike wasn't so strong. After all, all he did was study as a kid being a member of a 'prominent' senju family back in his childhood years before moving to Kirigakure. Maybe the bad memories is also why he doesn't care much for the stature of that village. Regardless, the boat drew near to the port of Kumogakure and Kizmaru was getting ready to depart from it with his companion Ram. He never went anywhere for long periods of time without his companion and so he had hoped they didn't have a 'no pets' policy, not that he viewed Ram as a pet of any kind.

Departing from the boat he was still quite a bit of ways off from his destination as now he was only in the country. Going through Kumo's customs building, he had shown proof of identification as his Kage counterpart as there was no point in trying to hide his Kage identity in favor of being a jounin. In fact, he figured he should probably just drop the whole charade and just merge the two with a completely new identification since it's less stressful keeping up the double life he leads. There was no purpose for that anymore and it would take a lot of weight off of his shoulders. After all the regulations were done, Kizmaru hired a carriage to take him to the village hidden in the clouds as that's where he had wanted to go in the first place. Ram was in tow, clinging onto his back for most of the duration of the boat ride until they had gotten into a carriage, to where Ram had to dismount and sit in the seat like a normal humanoid being. With that, they had set off towards their destination, enjoying the new sights as they went for the ride.
