T "Rain" ing [P]

Keita was currently out in the open ocean near the village, the storm wall swirling in the distance. He was fairly close to it, but he was definitely not thinking of leaving, he was there because there was nothing around for a while, and he would bother the other people in whatever training facility he chose to train this in, especially because this was a rain technique and he would have to be outside with access to the open sky for it to be used effectively. The mist rain technique that he had gotten from the Kage’s office earlier that very same day was the thing that he was working on. He had the theory behind it down already, and right now he was just trying to figure out the logistics of it within his chakra system. He was very good at chakra control and putting his theories into practice, but he was currently training a technique that was a special technique from the village. This one was in particular more complex and difficult to learn than normal techniques, and so he had already been practicing his chakra control and other things of that nature for the better part of the day, as soon as he left the kage office. He gathered up his chakra within him and sent it into the sky around him. There were already clouds out and it was pouring down rain, so there was something there that would make it easier to practice the technique, which was good. As soon as he figured out how to imbue the properties of the mist rain technique into the actual clouds, he would be set, as he was already a master of Tempest techniques, so there was nothing to fear when it came to him creating clouds and other weather phenomena.

Keita looked up into the sky as he slowly went through the hand seals hat made up the mist rain technique, and as he did so he molded the chakra as best he could. The chakra kept causing normal rain to simply fall, and it increased intensity quite a bit, even causing something akin to the hidden mist technique to form, but as he checked the properties of the water and rain, he noticed that foreign chakra would definitely not melt under the influence. Keita stopped for a moment, thinking about anything he could incorporate to help out with his technique, and he remembered that he had a technique he could use to mold the chakra within him to absorb other techniques. This was specifically used inside of a fuuinjutsu seal, but the principles of absorption were still there. He was not quite after the absorbing properties of the seal, but the seal was also written with the ability to break down chakra, as the whole reason he wanted to do this was to break down the opponent’s chakra and destroy them. After this revelation, the jutsu actually activated. And he would only need a bit more practice to become more comfortable with it.
