Patrols aren't fun [Hunter] Empty Re: Patrols aren't fun [Hunter]

Mon Nov 16, 2020 10:35 am
It's the dawn of the new day.  Today seems to be very promising. The boy has been assigned with  the task of patrolling the village, alongside a chunin. It's time Sakuragi would be assigned for such kind of mission. Hoshigakure must have been noticing his skills to have assigned such a mission to it. Though the hyuuga never patrolled the confines of hoshi, he would well  aware  they could be confronted with anything, from weird folks, to missing Ninja and even crazy comrade.

The hyuuga made sure that he was well prepared the day for the D-Day. He got ready  his ninja tools and everything he would be needing for the mission. The young hyuuga was optimistic that he would learn something, or at least meet a new friend  in this new mission. It's a terrible thing that he hasn't being training as he should, he knew he was  not in shape should he be confronted by an enemy, but he has a comrade to help him out in this mission.

Time flies. It was time for  the hyuuga genin to go meet up with his comrade, he was probably someone he has never met. The picture of the guy in this mission Details does not look like someone he is familiar with, but whatever the case may be, the white eyed was ready to meet with him. He would in black pants and  black cloak that reached just below his knees, coupled with blue shinobi sandals and bandages wrapped around his right hand. No injuries, just to complete his look.

The hyuuga would head out to meet his partner, the location where they were to meet was already stated in the details , so the genin would head there. He would await his partner as he lean his back on a nearby tree. This should be fun , it's a first time adventure. Sakuragi would activate his Byakugan to have a  view of his surroundings. Being out here alone , you never can tell what's coming for you. It's best you know , before it gets to you.

Patrols aren't fun [Hunter] Empty Re: Patrols aren't fun [Hunter]

Orokana slowly woke up to a knock on his door that day. He sighed deeply as he quickly put on some clothes and looked to see who it was. Unlucky for him it was just a piece of paper on the ground to greet him. He looked at it and it just had information on it for a mission. He sighed deeply as he knew this wasnt going to be a fun day and slowly grabbed his things. He had his big poofy hat he loved, a coat and his book with his sword in hand. He then left his home and walked. He went to the spot they had to meet up with someone he was going to be doing the mission with. Hopefully he could do little work today and they just walked around for awhile. He showed up 10 minuets early and started to read his book. Humming as he tilted his head a bit. He needed to think of what he should do next with his training, he needed to make better genjutsu techs still as the self proclaimed genjutsu master he was lacking in that regard. He sighed and mumbled sweet nothings as he waited for his partner in crime to come. His long black hair and green eyes scanning the area. He himself used his skill to drop his chakra level down to 1 so if anyone was to look at him or try to find a ninja they wouldnt be able to see him super well.

Patrols aren't fun [Hunter] Empty Re: Patrols aren't fun [Hunter]

Your Opponent:

Ezekiel, known as 'Snoop' to his previous Uchiha family during his days in Konoha, sought answers for Kirigakure's Tyranny. power never being a true motivator for his actions. He wanted to know why there was no aid provided towards Konohagakure during the years in which they were Subjugated, even to this day. The young Uchiha had known or at least heard talk of his old village having relationships with other nations, Hoshigakure being one that was known in the past to be allied to Konohagakure. Had that now changed? He could never grasp the concept of how a so-called ally would abandon their brother during a time of need, the Uchiha placing partial blame on Hoshigakure since he truly felt things would've been different if they would've intervened to help against the tyranny of Kirigakure. For months his questions went unanswered, the hatred-fueled lad finally deciding upon himself to take matters into his own hands and discover why Hoshigakure did not extend a helping hand towards Konohagakure, neither during Xyxer's rule as Mizukage nor the present.

He managed to gain entry into Hoshigakure one night under the veil of the moon. Midnight struck as he crept throughout the village, the night being used as cover as he navigated and observed, his midnight black garnets fashioned for the Uchiha Clan helping him remain unseen easily. Although the common folk was sure to not raise a brow on the never-before-seen man he had figured the Shinobi of the village would surely be able to recognize an intruder, his chakra having already been suppressed before his entry into the village as doing so was necessary if he even wanted to make it as far as he currently did. His first goal was to analyze the current population of Hoshi: finding out who was in charge, who knew who was in charge and how many people were being ordered around. He wanted to talk to the Kage personally and ask his questions on why his previous home had received no aid, however, the Uchiha knew well enough that he was not prepared to face such a potentially strong individual, at least not alone. Gaining the trust of those around the Kage would prove to be worth, however, things like that took time, time in which he just could not afford since so much had already been wasted. He needed to find someone who knew what he wanted to know or at least someone worth ransoming off for answers. After discovering a well-secluded spot he checked his surroundings to verify its safety and his anonymity, weaving the signs for a shadow-clone that would form in front of him. A quick exchange of his weapon pouch containing prepared tools was given to the clone, both of them suppressing their chakras once again before taking to the dense-leafed trees above them, quick enough to avoid the sight or proximity sense of any who were alerted to the quick spike of chakra he gave off. Luckily the vegetation and trees throughout the village were quite uniform, every tree being tall and dense enough to not have direct vision of their upper portion without one thoroughly looking up to inspect them, any academy student being easily able to scale up and down the tree with no type of issue. Silently they would move across the treelines, jumping from the roof if need be as the two equally surveyed and patrolled a 200-meter circular area within the village, taking things slowly as they waited throughout the night for any potential opportunity to arrive. Ezekiel would rest high within a tree, his body tucked away from view as his clone would do so with a neighboring tree, taking turns surveying the area as the Uchiha began mental preparations of his next move in Hoshigakure.

Dawn had finally begun to overlap the village.

Birds throughout the village began their routine songs as nature began to awake and show their beauty. The start of morning twilight over the village was quite beautiful, light softly beginning to shine between the small gaps of the abundantly leafed trees. The night proved to be unlucky in progressing his mission, Ezekiel and his clone both not learning of anything that could potentially get them closer to the answers 'they' sought. If anything the only thing the Uchiha had learned was the current patrol routes of the Shinobi assigned the task of patrolling, or at least the ones who would patrol during the times he observed. The information he had gathered so far was lacking in the promise of worth, however, the start of a new day would be the same deal for him as he was now beginning to remember the area he surveyed by hand. While crouched on a branch that was capable of maintaining his weight, Ezekiel scanned over his part of the area as he and his clone did the night before, toning it down to just 100 meters of his current location since things were brightening up and much easier to see and manage.

While propped in the position he looked around at the ground below him, more citizens roaming beneath as morning wakes them to begin their busy life as villagers. Nothing out the ordinary caught his attention, his clone soon reporting back to him that the area he was patrolling yielded no efficient results either. As the two stood on the rather thick branch they began to discuss with themselves their game plan. Hopefully, the day would progress and they would eventually find a person of interest, however, the majority of the villagers did not seem to be capable of knowing more than what they are told. While they silently discussed tactics, Ezekiel began to catch a whiff of a rather alarming presence, feeling a chakra grow closer to his position that grew closer and closer to the level of his own the closer it got. He peered off into the distance, his clone also taking recognition of his actions as they both would look off 100 meters into the distance, towards the edge of the area Ezekiel had designated himself to survey. Throughout the many villagers roaming below stood one who set himself apart from the rest, what looked to be a man with a big poofy hat resembling the ones in the stories about men known as 'wizards' from fiction books as an academy student. It was noticeable and distinguishable, the two of them tilting their heads sideways as they fully began to notice the attire of the man as he got closer. The man wore a coat, however, the oddest of things about the individual is that he was walking with a sword in his hand with a book in the other, walking at a speed greater than the common folk around him, as if in a hurry to be somewhere. Regardless the man continued to walk along the street, Ezekiel and his clone monitoring the man from where they were positioned.

"Odd." the Uchiha would mumble to himself, the man approaching the 80-meter mark between himself and where Ezekiel and his clone were. "And just who are you?" he would think to himself, the chakra emitting from the man as well as being armed added to his curiosity. Why was someone openly walking around with a sword in their hand, with a book in the other? If anything this only added to the Snoop's thought process as he began to process the many possibilities of who he had laid eyes on, taking heed to the common agenda that people tend not to scan what's above them, but only what's around them. Things like that occur a lot when within the self-proclaimed 'safety' of a village, people tending to only be concerned with their immediate vicinity rather than what truly surrounds them at all angles. "He isn't just a villager." the clone would whisper to its creator, "A shinobi at minimum, but a weirdly dressed one if he is. He's emitting a decent amount of chakra, it's about as potent as ours." These minor observations would not go in vain as Ezekiel took heed to what his clone would say, already having the same accusations mapped out in his head as he continued to monitor the man walking. "I think we need to keep an eye on this one for now, as he is showing the most promise in having the answers I seek or at least knowing of someone who does." Ezekiel would give his theory to the clone, his clone responding with 'Right' as they would continue to watch the man. "Go ahead and return to your area and survey, take action as you see fit if you come across anyone else whose as interesting in suspicion and behavior as this one." would be his final command to his clone, the clone nodding in acceptance before silently moving back throughout the trees at a disturbing pace, Ezekiel himself monitoring the man from the branch he continued to be perched on. "Where are you headed, strange one...".

10 minutes had passed.

While Ezekiel easily managed to watch the strange-hatted man throughout his position along the tree line he eventually ended up within the area of the village his clone was assigned to surveying. The man he was watching seemed to have this location as a meeting place of some sorts, since once both he and Ezekiel arrived the sword bearing man began to finally read the book he had.  This was alwats a common indicator to anyone who was no longer seeking to reach whatever location they planned but had either now reached. Or was merely taking a break to enjoy whatever words flooded the pages of the novel. From where Ezekiel was posted there was an area with a radius of 100 meters, the ground below surrounded with villagers going to and fro as they pleased as the morning pressed on. The man was 60meters out within the view of now both Ezekiel and his clone, the clone of which was positioned at the edge of the area, perched within a tree as well that was a total of 100meters away from Ezekiel, now having his gaze fixated on the strange-hatted man he saw earlier. The chakra of the man suddenly seemed to drop, deafening way weaker than what it was before, but still noticeable to anyone with the ability to sense the smallest amounts of chakra. Such actions confused the Uchiha since he began to think that if someone wanted to truly mask their chakra why not hide it entirely rather than just weakening it? "Why is he masking his chakra?" the Uchiha would think to himself, mental analyses running through his head as he decided upon various conclusions as to why the man was doing this. The man did not seem to be on alert at all, which only added to how strange his actions were. He wasn't looking around as if he sensed danger, simply continuing to read his book as he waited in place.

The clone scanned over 50meters worth of the area with his eyes, shifting his vision back and forth between the man with the weird hat and the villagers who were casually around below, seeking anyone else of odd nature of interest. Nothing caught his eye at first, just people enjoying their day as anyone would. 50 meters into the distance he would see a man leaning on a tree, nothing off about it at first.  The direction the first man reading his was the direction of the tree, the clone watching as the poofy-hated man would continue to read his book, looking around time to time. In the clone's distance was also Snoop, the treeline being lightly obstructed but visible enough to have eye contact with its creator. The two of them locked eyes from across the 50-meter distance, now focusing the area in which they captured into a 100-meter city circle. With the number of villagers gathered below them a full-out attack would be inhumane. A small rumble to test the agitation level of Hoshigakure's Shinobi was all he sought, the Uchiha growing impatient of waiting to see what the deal was with the guy holding the sword. His clone reached into its pockets and grabbed a rigged kunai, a small tag wrapped around its hilt as the palm. The clone exhaled a small gust of wind from its nostrils, ready to get started with seeing how well a shinobi of the village here would be able to defend against minor tragedy.

Thanks to the village's natural ambiance combined with its busy common folk all around the street, his entire position would be put into the atmosphere the moment his chakra flooded feet would hit the ground. The clone's focus was now fully on the man leaning against the tree. His sandals were sturdy enough to protect the force of fall from the place he'd leap from, left hand holding the laced kunai as well as the smoke bomb. Once touching the ground safely his actions would start performing at top speed, his the clone tossing the Kunai, as well as dropping the smoke bomb from his palm onto his feet. his Sharingan activating immediately as his body lifted back into a correct upright position. His right hand was bursting through seals with haste, while throwing the kunai at max force and speed(Throwing Speed=97) he would have intentions of sending the laced tool right into the back of the tree the man was leaning on. The distance aimed would now be street level with the clone and the man in front of him, waiting for the street to provide a perfect angle for his next actions with his Sharingan now fully active. As the blade would travel 30 meters in front of him he would plan on it making contact with the tree if the man would dodge. As it flew through the streets with a clear angle he would guide the focus of his eyes along with that of the kunai he threw. If the person leaning on the tree wanted to dodge it safely they would first need to acknowledge that a kunai was headed in their direction, followed by the burst of chakra coming from where the clone stood.

The enhanced vision of the Sharingan allowed for the clone to easily perceive the smallest amounts of chakra from a distance. As the kunai would make contact with the tree he would notice chakra forming at the head of the man leaning against the tree. While the two of them stood directly in front of each other now, his gaze would remain focused upon any actions or movements from the man. His right hand had the tiger seal on standby, his now freed left hand lifting with a half ram seal to detonate the explosive tag. The impact force of the explosion would be enough to blow the tree, at least a large enough portion of it to shrapnel into the area. The splinters of wood would splash and hit anyone within its vicinity, causing uncomfortable amounts of pain however nothing truly lethal. The loud explosion and destruction will surely cause the common folk to panic, the clone keeping his focus on what the man he had become hostile towards would do. The 3-tomoe in his eyes would continue to help keep him on alert, a sudden build-up of hot and dense chakra forming within his chest as he began to plan mental calculations of any needed change to his plan.

Ezekiel would watch as his clone performed all of its actions, his focus previously being remained on the man walking around with a sword in his hand, wearing the poofy hat. By now the clone has now caused a disturbance within the area, jumping down and making his appearance on the street as Ezekiel continued to watch. Once the explosion went off he would wait to see the response of it by the target reading the book, sure to himself that everyone in the 50-meter area would at least by now have their focus on the damage. He would continue to have his chakra masked, his focus now on the group of men alerted to the presence of his clone, allowing his creation to test the waters of the opponents before truly involving himself in the mix. He would remain aware of the surroundings, his eyes scanning the current battlefield below.

Patrols aren't fun [Hunter] Empty Re: Patrols aren't fun [Hunter]

Mon Nov 23, 2020 4:51 am
It seems like this patrol wouldn't be as much fun as he thought it would be. The white eyed genin, whose dojustu had already been activated, was still  scanning the area while waiting for his partner. Even though he was here to patrol , no one would know he was patrolling, since you can't tell who is patrolling or who is not, with just mere eye sight. Nobody writes “I'm on a patrolling Mission” on the their forehead. It'd be  even hard to tell who is patrolling amidst this  crowd. The presence of two identical persons caught his attention.  Both persons were 100 meters above the ground on a tree branch pointing north of Sakuragi. Fortunately, he could easily see them  because of  his Byakugan. What are these two doing up there ? They were identical in appearance. Obviously, the Divine Palm of the Haven could easily tell that one was a clone and the other, the real figure. This face was not like anything he had seen before. It was because of people like these that he was assigned this patrolling Mission, people wandering about. Obviously, no one would be that  high there in the sky without some shady intentions. Did this guy sneaked into the village ? Was he spying on the village ?. Lots of questions would instantly flood the boy's mind. The hyuuga would not take any chances. He has to put an end to the intruder's mystery. The genin believed he was spying on the village , else he wouldn't be that high up there. Well, a spy is an intruder and the genin know exactly what to do. No one goes up to a tree that tall just to have  fun!

While both of them were on the rather thick branch , the hyuuga would charge at their direction. Since nothing caught the stranger's attention ( according to his post ) , he wouldn't even  notice the running lad. There was much crowd to keep up with from that distance in the sky. It seems this stranger did not know what the Byakugan is capable of, a dojutsu that gives the hyuuga a 360 degree vision, or maybe he just didn't think that anyone would be able to see him up there. The genin would tie his black silk around his eyes to avoid any direct contact with the stranger while charging, that was the reason  he created the black silk anyways, he knew better than to just foolishly attack someone who's full potential was not yet known. Maybe he was a master of genjutsu , or ninjutsu, or Taijutsu, he never could tell but it'd be better for the genin to play safe.  It was clear that  the shady guy and his clone had not notice him yet.   the hyuuga who would be  10 meters away from the tall tree by the time the Uchiha noticed the hat guy,  and because the Stranger  would come to notice Sakuragi  10 minutes later, the hyuuga genin still had plenty of time. Their attention were focused solely on the  figure with a hat, who would be hurriedly approaching but not as fast as Sakuragi.  Perhaps, the fancy dress attracted them and Sakuragi's cloak was not fancy enough to catch their attention, but who cares!!! An observer amdist the crowd would merely think that the genin was doing some early morning sprinting exercise, but the hyuuga knew what he was doing. It was obvious that Snoop and his clones have not noticed the hyuuga yet as he run among the crowd, he would make sure that nothing stood on his path and he wouldn't collide with anything or sort. All the while, the figures seem pretty focused on the guy with some mysterious hat instead. By the time  Sakuragi reached the bottom of tall tree, he would deliver a push kick  to the tree. The kick would easily shatter the tree into two, the lower part being just a meter above the ground, while the upper part would begin to fall to the ground, crashing through every other trees on its path. The figure and his clone would still not notice the genin until perhaps, the kick had been delivered. From that great  height , one could tell that the falling tree would shatter and break off  every other trees on  its path,  and those other shattered trees would also collide with some other trees breaking them off. The collision will be so great that it would cause every other tree  to the north of where the white eyed shattered the first one , to fall to the ground cardinally. The first tree would  begin falling to the north of Sakuragi, the genin and the hat guy being out of the tree's falling path and out of the colliding trees’ path.  Meanwhile, the momment the first tree broke off, all the villagers in the surroundings would take to their heels and would race out of the area.  Realizing the danger at hand and knowing full well that death is possible, escaping from the area was the best option every villager soughted for, except Sakuragi,  and probably his supposed  comrade.   If the two figures have not  jumped off the tree by the time the tree landed to the ground, they would be crushed by the tree. If they attempt to jump on another nearby tree, they would be crushed  by the colliding trees . Maybe a safe bet would be, to jump down or to use some kind of technique of some sort. Whichever way this goes, the hyuuga genin planned to send the intruder to the afterlife as fast as possible. Sakuragi would at any point in time react accordingly.

Orokana was yawning as he was flipping pages around his book, reading it was his bored eyes studied the pages a million times before. He then looked up as he heard a loud snapping noise and people starting to panic. He activated his genso-me, his green eyes turning red as he also flared his chakra up. He saw the Hyuuga and the Uchiha on the now snapped tree. He cursed under his breath and then he pocketed his book and ran off to the tree at the same time. He saw the Hyuugas face as he wanted hiding it and remember from the mission doc he had this morning showed his and Orokanas face on it. The only unknown now was the unknown Uchiha (that he doesnt know is uchiha). He would see the Uchiha on the tree as it falls, still 100 meters from the two he started to react to the chaos, he did the hand seals, Snake, Hare, Monkey, Bird, Ox, Ram, Tiger, Horse, he then would shoot out a beam of lightning aimed at the Uchiha, still on the tree, He focused it into a beam in his mouth as the range would now be doubled and 2 feet wide now (90 speed and power for False Lightning). He then started to run as fast as he could to the tree once the beam shot out of his mouth. His now red eyes being able to scan their chakra and seeing them as well as now being able to see air vibrations around the area. this all happened before the 10 minuets passed.

Patrols aren't fun [Hunter] Empty Re: Patrols aren't fun [Hunter]

Me stating the position of both Snoop and his clone in the previous post. wrote:The clone scanned over 50meters worth of the area with his eyes, shifting his vision back and forth between the man with the weird hat and the villagers who were casually around below, seeking anyone else of odd nature of interest. The two of them locked eyes from across the 50-meter distance, now focusing the area in which they captured into a 100-meter city circle.

OoC:

The clone noticed the man leaning upon the tree would immediately start sprinting out of nowhere, the only logical explanation as to why was that the clone had been spotted. Both Snoop and his clone's chakra was still being suppressed, as no jutsu had been used by either of them strong enough to cause a disruption in their skill, which made it even odder to the clone as to how he could've potentially been spotted. His questions were answered shortly as the man who was previously leaned against the tree continued their charge, the clone watching from the spot in the tree he continued to maintain. He watched as the man would begin to tie black silk around his eyes, which to anyone else would obscure all vision. The clone scoffed to himself as a slight grin appeared across his face, knowing the reasons why anyone would willingly choose to blind themselves in the heat of battle. The eyes of the Uchiha were feared for reasons known, their genjutsu being the main factor. Had his eyes already been noticed from the distance he stood? Or was it as simple as a ninja choosing to impair their vision? Either way he laughed to himself as he gripped the kunai in his hand tighter, monitoring the speed of the charging man as he would note that he was indeed fast, but the clone was faster. By the time he would reach the half distance mark (15meters, as stated in my previous post the distance between the tree the clone, stood upon and Sakuragi was 30 meters) he would immediately jump down from the tree. No jutsu was needed to perform this other than surface walking, chakra surrounding the feet of the clone to help cushion his jump, as he landed with the kunai in his left hand.

There was a clear line between him and the blind-folded man charging the tree (As Sakuragi stated). It was time to test the visual authority of this man, time to see if this was someone possessing eyes alongside the likes of the Uchiha or someone who had made a grave mistake of blinding themselves. The clone tossed the kunai with haste, flicking it from his left hand as he would send it flying directly towards the blindfolded man, a clear path with no obstacles to prevent its target. The kunai would fly with a speed of 97, clearing the remaining 15-meter distance between him and the blindfolded man near instantaneously, also factoring in that the man was continuing his charge in the direction of the tree the clone now stood in front of. Nothing about the kunai would be off, just a simple kunai are thrown towards the head of the man, aiming to penetrate between his eyes if they did not halt their moment. If the man continued his forward charge towards the tree he would surely meet the kunai head-on, having no way of detecting the Kunai flying straight towards him due to the kunai having no chakra for him to potentially sense. The clone himself needed not to take any further actions, staying on guard as he waited for the kunai to make it's marked between the forehead of the man, penetrating his skull his swiftness.

Snoop still watched from the same tree branch the clone once stood upon as the man had begun his charge towards the tree his clone stood upon. He was rather intrigued that the clone had been discovered as well since it seemed so random for the man to begin charging in the direction of his clone while the two of them had maintained suppression. He began to also ponder the nature as to why the man had blindfolded himself, a strange move he could not yet ponder. Watching as his clone would leap from the tree and throw a kunai directly at the blindfolded man he would decide to intervene in the battle. As his clone threw his kunai Snoop would leap down from his position in his tree as well, 50 meters from his clone with the blindfolded man standing between them, with the poofy-haired man at the edge of the city circle which was 100 meters from where Snoop stood. Now that he was street level he was clear to be seen by all, anyone noticing him jumping from the tree sure to believe he had bad intent because nobody climbed trees for fun. As the clone dealt with the blindfolded man Snoop's attention would be on the poofy-hatted man, his eyes looking in the direction of the man as he would await any actions of retaliation from him. His only goal currently was to provide his clone the chance to finish his 1v1, that way he would be able to deal with the fancy dressed man all alone since it was the poofy-hatted man who caught his attention the most. He wove the seals for hidden mist, allowing the dense fog to envelop him as he stood at the center of it, on full alert as he would wait for his clone to disperse after it's attacked, his only way of currently sensing being his skill to sense chakra as he began to passively monitor those that were around him.

Patrols aren't fun [Hunter] Empty Re: Patrols aren't fun [Hunter]

How the clone noticed him was unclear, but he wouldn't care much about that, they are both going down, and sakuragi would make that happen as fast as possible. The clone who would  foolishly jump down from almost 100 meters height, hopefully he did not think that he would be able to maneuver in air. While the clone was in air , in attempt to land on the ground, Sakuragi would continue his charge at the clones direction. For a clone who is jumping down from an height of over 100 meters , such a move won't be instant and can't be instant . As a matter of fact , Sakuragi would have reached the tree mark, way before the clone lands on the ground. Just as the clone was 5  meters above the ground , the hyuuga would thrust his right palm, and a Vaccum shell of compressed chakra would be sent at the clone.  The clone, being in air, would not be able to maneuver around and dodging would be nearly impossible since he can't manuever on air. If he is hit by the jutsu , he would vanish into a puff of smoke.

Meanwhile, the hyuuga would notice another figure  that landed on the ground, the figure would use a jutsu to create a mist ( that is if Snoop would continue with his actions). What an idiot!  To think that the hyuuga would be blinded by this would be pure folly. If the clone is hit by the jutsu, the hyuuga would begin to charge at Snoop's direction, that is if Snoop would continue with his action of jumping down from the tree and creating a mist. Sakuragi would be ready to react accordingly, as he charge at Snoop.
