Clean the Monument

The Mizukage Monument:

Walking around the streets Kirgakure, Kizmaru was enjoying a leisurely stroll through his village, whilst in his Jounin persona. Whistling a tune he hears quite often in the restaurant and bar he frequents often, he was enjoying his day as he took his walk. Since he was pretending to be a Jounin, his attire consisted of his yellow, button down shirt, navy blue pants and his ninja tabi. Cover his his shirt and his chest would be his Jounin flak jacket that protects his body from harm. Never taking much time to enjoy the sights, he was always fascinated by the frequent changes of the village every time he got breaks from his job like this. He figured he'd walk around a bit more before heading to the academy to brush up on some techniques thought to be forgotten or just learn something fresh. Deciding he was done with his stroll, Kizmaru began to immediately embark towards the academy he was en route to. it only took a few moments before he arrived at the entrance to the large flight of stairs leading into the actual building. Whoever decided all these steps were necessary was a real sadist but it was also good exercise nonetheless. Before he began to climb the steps, something caught his attention. The statue of Xyxer had been building up gunk over the course of a few months since it seems as if nobody is taking the mission to keep it maintained. Well, Kizmaru felt like it wouldn't hurt to clean up the statue himself.

Having no choice but to deal with the problem himself, Kizmaru sighed before placing his hands into his pockets once more and turning around. He never thought he'd be the one doing it himself but that's the best way to get things you want done. Its not as if he likes the statue by any means or respect the person it was erected for since he didn't know him personally. It was just a bad look that the most prestigious school in the country would be so, filthy. First thing was first though, since this was an official mission, he'd go and take it officially in order to get paid for it back at the Kage estate. After he got that mess sorted out, he made his way back to the academy with a bucket of water and some cloth in order to commence with the cleaning of the statue. Using the surface walking technique, Kizmaru took a shortcut walking up a nearby structure to skip the mountain of stairs holding the bucket of water. From there, he'd begin cleaning from the top of the statue before working his way down, stroking the statue with the wet cloth he had borrowed from somewhere. Wiping the statue down, he started from the top and worked his way to the bottom of the statue which took some time but eventually he had finished up. He then wiped some sweat off of his forehead since it was no easy task by himself. After doing all of that cleaning, he was in no mood to study at the library and instead decided to return home instead.
