Knowledge is Power (Tadashi and Fukuro)

Minato was wandering around the village. He had some time off between missions. Since he became a Genin it was no surprise he would be going on basic missions with his team.
But he got some free time now and he was thinking about how he could spend his time. Would he just relax, take the day off? Or would he use this time to try and improve his skills?

Not that long since he had graduated, Minato still hadn't learned any more skills or jutsu besides the standard Clone Technique, Transformation Technique, Substitution Technique and the Tree Climbing/Surface Walking Technique.
All very useful techniques and they would prove their worth sometimes, but now that he had to go on missions and you never know what could happen during this unstable and dangerous times, Minato had figured it was time for him to be learning something new.

So he decided to go to the Training Grounds, once again. Hoping that faith would lend him a hand and maybe make sure that something or someone would arrive to help him.

Fukuro had spent a good bit of his day off at the training grounds. Working to perfect the new jutsu he had been practicing the boy was enjoying his rising days as a Genin. Although he wishes he had been doing far more these past few months things were looking up now that he had been assembled on a squad with Yoichi and his cousin Minato. The three of them were all promising shinobi, all it would take is time and effort.

There was a slight breeze that flew by Fu’s face as he gazed out over the training field. He was doing what he called. ‘The Shinobi Bat.’ He stood on the branch of a tree watching over the training field, the only odd thing was he was inverted under the branch. Fu had been focusing his chakra into the soles of his feet, allowing him to remain secured under the tree branch. It felt like Fukuro had been this way for hours. In a way he compared this exercise to a type of meditation while focusing on chakra control. So far the skill has helped the man improve his chakra control. A boy walked across the training field, right into Fu’s field of vision. “Minato!” Fu called out, his voice carrying over the field to his cousin who had just arrived.

Allowing his chakra hold on the tree to fade, Fukuro fell down into a brief spin so he would land on the ground feet first. Once landing the boy gave his older cousin a brief wave. “Hey Minato, what’s up?” He said, approaching the Uchiha.

Slash, swipe, quickdraw, Itto-Ryo, parry, behead, block, switch to second-handed grip, high block then laceration. Just behind the river that divided the 2 segments of the training grounds, with ornate pebbles that blocked the river from flowing from land, showed a teen, just fresh into being a teenager, 13 years of age, neat crimson hair with bangs that covered his hairline, amber golden eyes, black and white jersey zip, accompanied with black pants, held an unsheathed katana, swinging it repeatedly. If someone was to... jump in front of him, they would suffer a lethal gash. Most Medical ninja would not be able to heal a wound that deep, leaving the victim bleeding out. Sweat would drip down from his face, deciding that he would decide to take a break, wiping the sweat off of his hot face, as he would sheath his sword. Walking towards a training log to sit down, he would see a boy that was practicing chakra control under a tree, before running up to a man who seemed older than the previous boy.

"What excellent Chakra Control he has..." Tadashi would comment in his thoughts.

There were barely any people here today, so why not see what they were up to. The young Namikaze would walk up to the two. He would reach about a few feet away from the males, flashing a smile,

"Hey, what's up."

Minato had arrived at the Training Grounds where he was alone. It was a welcome setting, considering the current state of the village.
He was walking across the field when he heard a voice calling out for him.
Minato recognised those voice out of a thousand, he knew it belonged to his cousin Fukuro. When he looked his way, he could see his cousin hanging upside down, his feet locked on the branches of a tree.
"Yo, Fukuro!"
"Practising your chakra control I see?" Minato shouted.
Fukuro came down from the tree, landing on the ground safely with his feet first.

Asking how everything was going, Fukuro came over to chat.
"I'm okay, just decided to get some training in now that we aren't assigned to any missions".

Building up their conversation and having one of their talks like they already had much of before, they noticed someone coming up to them.
A crimson haired boy, looking younger than both Minato and Fukuro came over. He seemed friendly as he was flashing a gentle smile towards the two Uchiha.
Carrying a sheathed sword, he came closer. Minato immediately thought that since he was carrying that sword he must be trained in kenjutsu or at least training it.
"Hey, what's up?", the crimson haired boy would ask.
Since he seemed friendly and showing genuine interest in starting conversation, Minato decided to show him the same kindness.
"Hi there, everything's fine, I'm Minato and this is my cousin Fukuro", he introduced the two Uchiha cousins.
"How about you? It looks like you got some training going on if I'm right", Minato asked.
"It's nice to meet you, but please, where were my manners, go ahead and introduce yourself".
