Sanae had shrugged off that Tenma did not get the true meaning behind the words she spoke. Especially since she indeed had established, that he did not know here that much. He hand probably such a strong ego nothing could harm that and that was nice to know, but still she was a little puzzled. So now while they both prepped for the fight and kind started to get into stances and it was about to start any time when Sanae put aside her lunch box and wanted to watch it something else happened. Thor asked how they got so fast so she naturally responded: "Through training and hard wor..." , but she did not get very far with it as he had already gotten up from his place and said something about chakra in their legs and she could at least see him start digging. It needed a moment until she realized what he might be up to, but certainly not his full intentions so she stumbled to her legs and if need be grabbed a hold of his leg. She was calling into how ever far he had gotten at this point: "But you know if they stomp down to hard this tunnel might collapse and you will be trapped inside, alive?" If he confirmed he was aware of the risk and did want to take it anyways she would let him go and walk back over to her stuff.

She put her Lunchbox back into her backpack and then grabbed a note book out of it. Maybe there was something she could be learning while those two were at it with fighting. But now that she was asked to, she kind of did not want to practice a new Fuuton jutsu. Since she would never advance over rank C what she had trained seemed sufficient. But well who knew what the future held for her. But as she was skimming through her notes she found something interesting that would keep her occupied for a moment or two. So while she was waiting for them do ready their stuff she was doing hers. She had the stance noted inside her book and got into it. Now it was vital for her to get the movement right. Hit after hit she tried to make the right spinning movement that was described in her notes but she did not get it right this time around.

Thor had his head under the ground and was digging when he heard a slam, it came from the direction of temma and Tatsuma he wondered who had done what but this was all he needed then he realized something else the girl was holding onto his leg and talking. He tuned in and heard her explain that he was in danger and the tunnels could collapse. 

Thor had learned the error of his ways, the mess he was in currently was because he hadn’t listened to the girl in the first place. He asked her” can you please let go of my leg and I will climb out” when she did he would climb out and get back to work on his jutsu charging chakra in his right hand then clapping them together silently, then he would transfer the chakra to the other hand. He did this as long as he could take it, and when he ran out of chakra he would sit down and eat and drink for a moment while he recovered. Then he would start again with his party cake of sorts slowly getting more familiar with his medical jutsu he had started to wonder how much he could heal if there was a limit. 

Then Thor got up he had much to do much to see and watching two grown men wrestle wasn’t his cup of tea

He maintained stance as he slowly approached but out of respect he never striked. For temmas sake this was good that xuba was an honorable fighter. So he waited as he heard thor continue to speak asking sanae to let go of his leg.

Hm.... well she is just trying to keep you safe of course. Thoughtful and very considerate of her..... however some people just do not get it.... now what will his first move be? An advance with a strike? Perhaps a kick for starters so he could close distance? Ah this is the fun in a nutshell.


Xuba thought and he spoke up while still in guard.

"Sanae why not join too. You too thor. This will be fun."

Slowly she got into the right stance. Legs about shoulders wide apart, tips turned inside for more stability, knees slightly bent for more agility and to enable movement further. Turning her hip with every hit she trained to get the wanted result, the spin of air she wanted to feel around her fist so that she was sure the technique was working right. But it would not be so easy because once again there was a trainings partner missing to test it on. Maybe she should test it on Thor, he was sure to not be able to withstand that attack but still, would she wanna see that? No probably not.

As she was in thoughts about it Xubas voice breached the silence in her mind. He asked if Thor or her wanted to join the fight. Was it because they were only circling each other for now? Maybe it was, but was it smart to try and join with two so strong shinobi?

"Are you sure it is wise to suggest something like that? Won't we come in the way of your duel of some sorts?", she looked at him with a questioning look on her face. Especially with Thor she was not sure how to go about it. Any other Genin would maybe able to protect him more efficiently because she couldn't really force much damage onto people, well some at least, but she could not contest the damage a Ninjutsuka like Tenma did and Xuba was too fast for her. Fighting against him seemed unfair as well. But as she looked up she could see Thor leaving anyway.

Perhaps the guy was in a deep meditation? They often say that if one focuses one may reach a state known as sanchen or moving meditation. But often that required a concious application of remaining concious. In fact xuba after focusing on him a momen noted there was not any real application of awareness.

Hmmmmm...well this will be good training for him.... i think. Maintain your "art of the serious face" for by dawn you will be a masters. Masters are said to live in us all. But that may sing true here. I shall call it the serious series stance!

She was watching what was happening between Xuba and Tenma, but Tenma indeed seemed to be deep in thought about someone or something? Did he get stage fright or something like that? Maybe it was the same stuff like that time when he wanted to train her but did not bother to, because he was busy or something. She shrugged a little at this sight and was almost about to train the technique again that she wanted to exercise but Xuba came closing in and she looked up at him as he suggested they should leave Tenma with his deep thoughts that did seem like they would not allow any further intrusion than they already made on him. So she bowed to him although she was not sure if he was taking notice of it at all. She shook her head in disbelieve again and went to pick up her stuff from the ground placing it over her shoulders and then turned to Xuba. "Ready to go Sensei", she tapped the back of her heels together and chuckled a little before she called out: "Race ya home!", and bolted off, even if she was aware, that he was faster, there was no shame in at least trying to be better.
