Training {Solo.}

Kino would be walking into the training area, seeing very few people; considering the time of day he wasn't exactly surprised. He had gotten up rather early, as to avoid the tons of people coming to train, he preferred an open area. He was practicing with a jutsu he had obtained shortly after becoming a Genin- though it's not really a jutsu, moreover a technique or skill in general. It was a Surface walking technique, a technique which allowed for the user to walk across the surface of water, or even on the side of walls. This technique also allows the user to stand on the normally un-walkable surfaces, or so he hears. He'd never performed this technique in reality, he'd only heard of it.

He would walk up to the a tree nearby the training area. He decided he would be using this to train. Before doing so, however, he would tighten his headband. one recently received, not the one he usually wore, the one passed down from his grandfather. It was just a mere cloth, though it was somewhat important to Kino. However the headband he was currently wearing, one of which was of more value than the piece of cloth he typically wore, was his Kumogakure shinobi forehead protector. On the front of the plating attached to the headband was the Kumogakure village symbol. Besides that, he was wearing his typical clothing. A cloth vest which for once didn't match his shirt, he was wearing a white vest with a black sleeveless shirt.

He would now gaze at the tree, having tightened his headband to where it wouldn't fall off, he would begin to focus on the tree. He knew the basics of this technique, perform the jutsu and be able to walk upon the surface of an object, including trees. He began to focus his chakra - something he was taught to do before, within the academy. He focused it towards the bottom of his feet - which is how this technique is used. The chakra in being focused in his feet would somehow allow for him to stick to the tree, walk upon it, run upon it, and stand on it too. After focusing his chakra, he would begin to walk forward, towards the tree. He was somewhat hesitant to walk up it - failure would mean falling back, which would hurt. Of course it would more than likely hurt him when needing to do this in the middle of a fight, too. He sighed, having walked up to the tree would now place his foot on it, and then push forward placing the other. He would make it a few steps up, going up slowly, however he exerted too much chakra taking another step, breaking the bark under both feet, he would begin to fall. He would push against the tree, jumping back, and flipping, landing on his feet.

He figured this would happen - least he avoided injury. He sighed, trying again. Focusing the chakra into his feet, he began to note the last attempt, and figured he should try to focus less chakra in amount. He would begin to walk up the tree once more, taking yet again a few steps. Feeling a little more relaxed about it, having realized his previous problem, would decrease the amount of chakra accidentally. He would begin sliding down, and proceed to hit the ground.

Aching a little, Kino would sit down, crossing his legs as he sat there and rested after the fall. It appeared more difficult than it appeared, and sounded. He began to think; this was a basic level technique, and he was struggling with it. He grew angry at the thought, he knew there were more difficult techniques out there, and this one seemed rather simple compared to them. He got back up, focused his chakra again, and again, and again. Failing a countless amount of times, even a few days passing, he eventually got it down to the point to where he could do it in rapid succession.
