What a lonely Shinobi.. (Limited 1/2 people/NK)

Mitsui thought this was hysterically funny and decided to go along with it. Mitsui was thinking "what are these janitors thinking of criticizing my ability as a shinobi?" Mitsui thought about his answer. He was laughing hard on the inside. He knew that these people were at least a little smart. It was very funny how these weak looking people are now telling him how to be a ninja. Mitsui thought that this was the best and now he wanted to have a fight. Mitsui thought this will be the best. Mitsui answered, "Come here and show be your ways by fighting me!". Mitsui was about 50 feet from the other guys so he would be standing normally but ready to fight. Mitsui began watching both for any hostile movements. If any body did any hostile movements, Mitsui would use Earth Spear.

Kuro nodded and took a moment to stretch. He smirked and dumped out a water bottle, performing the hand signs to make the water rise as two clones of himself. He wouldn't use mist yet, unless he really needed to. He and the clones lined up single file with him in the middle. The tro then dashed forward and split apart, Kuro charging straight at him while the clones jumped onto the roofs. All three charged ready to jump and kick the other Genin, while Kuro readied himself to get splattered and his left clone would be careful to NOT get splattered, staying back a bit from the three pronged attack.

Miki took the path less traveled for his attack. Jumping sideways, he shattered the window of the building next to him and was hidden from view as he landed in an apartment.Sneaking quickly through the house, he prepared a substitution jutsu, though he had never actually used it in battle before, he figured the training would work better in this kind of battle situation better then just trying it all alone. He used a nearby chair, and focused his chakra into the special seal used for the substitute jutsu.Preparing that, he threw several kunai aimed at the back of Mitsui through an open window. They were aimed for non-lethal spots, and Kuro's attack would make it impossible to focus on them, though as they were behind him he likely shouldn't see them anyway. If they hit, Miki would rush through the window, still holding the sign for substitution, and attempt to sweep Mitsui's legs. Time would seem to slow down as he did so, focusing his chakra. He had to get this jutsu right for his plan to work, as well as make sure he didn't mess up Kuro's plan. Granted, his Kunai would be ineffective against the water boy, but he couldn't actually guarantee that. This Mitsui kid should have made a move before they did, instead of cockily believing no strategy could take him down. An attack from the front, as well as the back has been a sure-fire tactic for millenia, and he hadn't prepared against it. Having no way of knowing where Miki went, the kunai trick would be likely undodgeable, unless he possesed chakra senses, and Kuro was, for the most part, completely invulnerable. The boy hadn't checked what Kuro could do and simply blitzed him, as well as thought Miki was an idiot, which he was not.

Mitsui decided to take the opponents by surprise so he quickly used hiding like a mole and popped down 10 feet underground. Mitsui would then move 30 feet towards the left and then pop up again.

Kuro silently swore as the Genin vanished in front of him. His left clone nearly collided into his right and a few Kunai went through his body. He liquified and fell into a puddle. So his plan didn't work, so what? Kuro's plans were like him, fluid and subject to bend around new challenges. 

Leftie stayed back for now and prepared to attack. Kuro let his real body sink into the cracks in the ground. He carefully moved himself to the other end of the street and reformed as Leftie performed the hand signs for water clone. Not ACTUALLY doing anything of course. It was just a clone. Rightie Stood next to Leftie, ready to defend him if he was attacked.

Miki cursed as his kunai missed and actually harmlessly passed through Kuro. The man had gone underground and popped up a little ways from Kuro. Sitting down with his back to the window, he contemplated his action. He concentrated, and held up a hand, seeing a dim purple mist rise from it, then stop. Damn, his own special jutsu wouldn't help here.. it obviously needed more training. He would wait to see what Kuro would do before planning his next attack.

Mitsui decided to attack the stronger looking one .Quickly, Mitsui would run as fast as he could using a body flicker technique moving at 116 speed to fly at him moving for 32 feet which was the distance between Mitsui and the other guy. Mitsui then would land on top of the man carefully trying not to kill him. Mitsui would look around and see where the other guy is.

This was it, golden opportunity time. Mitsui landed on Leftie and held him down, so Rightie leapt onto him, his lifespan running out anyways. The clones attempted to keep Mitsui in place as they began dripping and melting back to water. Leftie, while pinned down, tried to use his legs to grab onto an arm or whatever he could reach, and struggled to grab a foot to keep him from moving. Rightie aimed for Mitsui's waist as he tackled him, focusing on weighing him down and restricting his leg movement. Up the street about 10 meters distance ways, Kuro focused and tried to run through the hand signs necessary for his next move. What was it, Monkey then Rat, Dragon- no no there was a Tiger before dragon. Then... tiger again? No a horse and back to tiger! No, back to Dragon! Monkey, Rat, Dragon, Tiger-NO! Monkey, Rat, Tiger, Dragon, Horse, Dragon! He really hoped he wasn't remembering this stuff wrong. Who knows what kind of crap would happen if he did?
Kuro took a deep breath and built up his chakra inside of his chest, pooling a majority of his energy into it. He silently thought "water release, Snake's Mouth!" to himself as he preformed the hand seal sequence: Monkey, Rat, Tiger, Dragon, Horse then back to Dragon. He didn't have a good water source nearby, so this attack was going to have to come straight out of him! He would be his own water source and blast the water from himself.

The Chakras building up in his chest surged upwards through his body, causing his throat and cheeks to bulge with pressure as it moved through them before he opened his mouth and released a huge torrent of water. The water circled around Kuro and the end took the shape of a snake's head, with eyes that seemed to glow with chakra. Kuro had been inspired to learn this jutsu after being attacked by a large snake on his way to the village. After being knocked down and almost crushed in it's coils, Kuro had developed a new respect for the creature and decided to honor it by learning this technique... well this was his first time doing it, but that wasn't the point. He just needed it to do it's job.

The snake opened his jaws as Kuro focused on Mitsui, water still gushing from his mouth while his clones rapidly dissolved. Get him. The snake shot forward and moved side to side, ready to turn any which way if it's target tried to dodge. Until it ran out of energy or caught Mitsui in it's watery jaws, it would not stop for anything. Much to the dismay of some of the locals. Sure, at first it was just a simple street fight between ninjas and hey, one broken window wasn't that big of a deal, but now there was a GIANT WATER SNAKE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET! The snake, because of it's near mindless charge, smashed through a cart on it's way after Mitsui, sending pieces of wood and bits of some kind of green produce into the air. The man who'd been pushing the cart stared in disbelief and grabbed his head in disbelief. "NOT MY CABBAGES!" Ah. So that green stuff was cabbages. Well kuro kinda felt like an ass now. Couldn't even apologize because of the Jutsu he was using. Luckily once the snake had smashed itself it would become a small river and wash away any mess it had made. Then the snake suddenly twisted and turned towards the Cabbage sales man. Kuro's attention on him was causing the snake to change course and come back around for the man!

No damnit! He's not the one we're trying to hit! Kuro focused again, the snake slowing down and turning upwards just in time to keep from swallowing him. The body of the snake however, brushed against the man's head with enough force to knock him over onto his back. Thankfully it was such a minor and quick brush that the man probably wouldn't have more than a bruised butt. That still didn't help his opinion of Kuro though, and after yelling a string of swears at Kuro, the man fled inside. This street had been a TERRIBLE idea for a place to fight, let alone try out this new jutsu! What the hell had Kuro been thinking!? The snake then looked at him and came his direction. He really needed to stop thinking about people while he was using this! He closed his eyes and focused on Mitsui. Mitsui. That jerk who insulted my awesome body. That you came from mr.giant water snake. So go eat him. Get Mitsui boy! 

The snake slowed and changed direction AGAIN, this time getting back on course for Mitsui. Even though it had just recently been used, the snake was already low on energy and beginning to turn to normal water, it's eyes dimming and facial features obscuring. It probably had one more good turn in it before it collapsed into nothing more than a small stream and eventually a small puddle. Kuro's jaw was starting to hurt from keeping it open for the torrent and he slowly began closing it, making the snake's force much less towards the end. Finally the last of the water needed for the snake left his mouth and flowed onwards, allowing Kuro to take a break. He dropped to one knee and panted with exhaustion. Using these medium ranked jutsus was starting to take it's toll as he'd never done anything lik this before. He watched his creation go forward and attempt to swallow Mitsui, who was now held by two half-melted water clones. He'd taken too long with them and now they were breaking down. He needed to be more careful about that. Water never liked to keep it's shape for long. Then again, even if they were at their full strength, they were about to be smashed with a giant water snake so they were screwed either way.

Miki was a little amazed at the giant snake rampaging through town, even though it ended up being next to worthless. He sighed and hopped out of the window with his hands up by his shoulders in a non-threatening manner. "Lets stop here. The streets destroyed, Kuro is exhausted, and I figure some jonin may be here soon. Kuro can just turn to water but your a little less genetically advanced, Mitsui, so you should probably hurry away before they get here. We'll do this another time."
With that, he would leave the now likely drenched Mitsui to his own devices and knelt by the exhausted Kuro. "Lets hurry before you get me in trouble. I assume you eat normal food? Lets go get some."
With that, Miki would begin walking, whether or not Kuro followed him.

Mitsui found this snake to be the best thing that could have happened to him. He thought about how he would make fun of this guy. Mtisui saw the snake dashing off towards him after a rampage through a cart, into a river, out scraping a man and now into Mitsui and these water clones. Mitsui quickly did the hand signs for Earth spear and figured that this would block the damage of the snake. Mtisui then continued lying on the floor watching the snake bulldoze the clones and attempt to break Mitsui's armor. As soon as the clones and the snake were to dissipate, Mtisui would release his earth spear and tell the people fighting him, "I like how you (pointing at the stronger looking one on his knees) intended to clean this little street using that snake, I think you might need some practiced doing it though. I am sure you guys will be great janitors. Mitsui would then get up and say, "I think that this fight is over" Mitsui would then dash away over some roof tops going to his favorite ramen bar.
