Mission of Importance

Kiru sighed and waited outside the gates, the anbu, Anne, had decided not to follow him in for now. He was in a rush to deliver this letter, but no one seemed to be around. He just hoped someone showed up soon, or he was going to have to jump the fence to deliver this message.

Kozai would be standing in the same position that he had been a while before, when he had prevented that girl from leaving the village. Now, what did he see, but a boy running in. Ooh, how interesting. Perhaps it was time for some excitement after all. A Yuki headband, no less. So, an envoy, perhaps? He moved out from behind the entrance and met the boy, standing just outside the gates. Kozai would hop up on top of the wall, and look down. This situation reminded him of the one time that he had killed that boy who had tried to gain unauthorized access to the village. Would he have to do the same here?

"Hello, state your name and business please." Nice and professional, with a smile. That was how to start things.

Kiru smiled at the man, and presented the letter he held in a non-threatening manner. "Official business from Echo, I need to talk to someone in charge."
Unless this guy was in charge... he wished Kira would have been a little more specific. This guy had no reason to believe him and his letter. He wondered how official it really was. He really just wanted to get this over with.

(Heeeey... about that sharingan I wanted XD)

This guy... knew Echo? It was highly unlikely, but Kozai had little knowledge of Echo's dealings outside of the village. "Hmmm... I will certainly need verification of this." Kozai would adopt a moderately cynical face, meaning to come across as suspicious. 

(Sorry for short post, its kinda late XD. Also, I have no sharingan, but senju cells can be yours for a price...)

Kiru would be a little put-off by this. "Hmm.. well all I have is this letter. I don't even know who Echo is really.. you can check this out for sure though."
He would wave the letter at the man, hoping for him to grab it. He really wasn't sure what he could do to prove he was truly here on Echo's behalf. Kira really should have been more specific. He had kinda figured he would just walk in.

Kozai took the letter and immediately recognized Echo's seal and handwriting from the documents in Ecgo's filing system that Kozai had organized some time before. He now had only a little doubt as ti the veracity of the boy's claims. He would allow the boy passage into Iwa... while keeping an eye on him. 

"Welcome, then to Iwagakure."

[exit, as for the cells, it depends on quantity]

Kiru would smile as he entered, waving to the man. "Thanks!"
Hurrying on in, he needed to find someone in charge to give his message too, then he could head to Taki.
